Used 2009-2011 Ford C-MAX Hybrid

Waited for an hour at the airport for pickup, radio frozen, no manual in car as promised, only one key, voice activation not working either. Had to Google radio issue and wait for fuse to be removed and replaced.

Everything was great except for my delivery/pickup.

I'm coming up to the end of my trial week with my new Carvana car. Everything has been great! The people at Carvana have been easy to work with and they had answers to all my questions. When my friends see my car they can't believe it's used it's in such good shape. Carvana really made the car-buying experience fun!

Great little car with all the bells and whistles! Loved buying outside of a conventional dealership. Car as advertised. Folks at the vending machine where I picked up the car were a lot of fun.

By searching based on car features and price, I discovered the perfect car for me was not a car that can be found around where I live, but through Carvana, I had a great selection of cars at my fingertips and I was free to browse for as long as I needed to until the perfect one showed up, without an annoying sales person pressuring me to get something I didn't want. I will never shop for another car the old school way again. This was an awesome experience!

I am super impressed with Carvana. Their whole car buying process and customer service exceeded my expectation. When I went to pick up the car, the whole process took less then 15 minutes including test drive.

A few weeks ago I bought a 2014 Ford see Max hybrid, which I love by the way! But carvana made a few really big screw ups!! They said these mistakes rarely happen, so I don't know if that's true, or if I just had bad luck with them. First they sold me a car that had already been sold! It had never been taken off their site. So I'm so excited about this car that I had chosen weeks before come to find out less than 24 hours before the delivery date it had been sold a month before! I found my second choice right away and they kept the same delivery date, which was the next day. I waited and alas, it never showed! After being on the phone with them for maybe about an hour They couldn't give me a reason for why this happened, but they did promise to deliver it the next day, which they did. I will say that they gave me $1000 off of the car for The first mistake (they said they would give me $500 off, but after pressing them they gave me $1000 off ). Then they gave me $50 for not showing up. it was A big mess and really inconvenient! Then I get the car and there's no battery pack in it so I have to go to a dealership and get the battery pack, which I still have not been able to get. What a mess! While it was a headache for sure, I will say that every person I talked to was unbelievably cool, personable, accommodating and helpful! The people are great! And if all goes smoothly than it's much easier than sitting in a dealership for a few hours. If all goes smoothly for you.
