Used Ford C-MAX Energi with Heads up Display

Tired of dealing with salesmen! Got exactly what I wanted at the price I was willing to pay

Great experience researching and buying a car online. good inventory. Would have liked the final delivery to include a short overview of the basic functions of the car.

I bought one week ago and have found nothing that was not disclosed about the car. I spent the last 4 months searching for a car and Carvana changed my mind several times.

I bought a C Max Energi. Car was as described with all features. Delivery and trade in was easy. I will definitely do this again. Love my new car

I bought a vehicle at an EXCELLENT price and Carvana has taken care of me after the sale too. The inspectors let 2 tires pass that really shouldn't have (4/32's of tread) and Carvana replaced them with very little hassle. The front tires were replaced but not with the correct tires for the vehicle (EV/hybrid's use Low rolling resistance tires to help achieve their gas mileage figures...Carvana but decent non-LRR tires on) so Carvana offered to still pay for half of the cost of the correct tires. They are also going to reimburse me for a 2nd key. Only things I would ask for them to improve: Make sure the tires they put on a car during their refurbishing process are the type specified for the car. This would be as bad as putting touring tires on a high performance sports car. Why can't they get the 2nd key made beforehand? For plug-in hybrids/EV's they need to make sure the included convenience charger works. These are not cheap and while covered under warranties, it was a hassle getting a replacement. Also, I need more referral cards...everyone I know is interested in purchasing through Carvana now.

This was the second time we purchased a car with Carvana. The process was even easier than before and we are happy with our new car! The only disappointment was that we asked if there was going to be a sale in Black Friday and were told no. We got our car on Wednesday and two days later a sale was announced. We called Carvana and they said there was nothing they could do even though we would have bought the car two days later if we had known about the sale.

I shopped for cars and sent profiles of various autos to my dad for his feedback while I was sitting in my old car on the roadside waiting for AAA to tow it to the shop. Had the car ordered before my other car was repaired. Would not have been able to do that with a traditional dealership.

It's been 9 years since I bought a car, partly because I get a sick feeling at car lots that I'll be manipulated, lied to, and pressured. No more! I researched cars and options online for a while and decided what I wanted. I found what I was looking for at Carvana (on demand) and did almost everything online. Whenever I had a question there were really friendly people to talk to, and I never felt any pressure to do anything. Then the car *came to ME* and Becca from Charlotte was sooooo nice. I test drove it then did the paperwork right there in my den. I love my new-to-me 2-year old car that really looks and feels like new. Zero complaints!
