Used FIAT 500X with Manual

Wasn't sure about the car, never bought a car this. Way. Pretty old school when it comes to buying a car. Hubby thought it was a scam. The look on his face was priceless when they pulled up in a semi with my car on it! I just wish I had an owners manual, there again they said it i buy one they will reimburse, we'll see.

I had been searching for a used Fiat 500x for eight months when I found Carvana's site. I loved the 360 degree view of the car and "flying" into the interior. To top it off, the price was right!! The car was delivered right to my house by James. I couldn't believe how great the car looked...18,000 miles but looked like new both inside and out!! I kept the car, of course!!

Easy friendly no hassle very positive experience overall

I had been dreading car shopping and dealing with normal car sales persons; Carvana was amazing! It was super easy, when I needed assistance the chat feature and the phone help were both wonderful, and I love my Fiat!

I purchased my vehicle two weeks ago and the process was so easy. I was skeptical since it's online but it proved to be one of a kind.

From start to finish the Carvana team far exceeded my expectations. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, great selection of clean cars, and great pricing! Also, their finance afiliate, Go Financial, does not hit you with a fee for early payoff (very rare these days). The advocate who delivered the car was extremely accommodating (I was buying this as a suprise Valentine present for my wife) by meeting me at a location near my house as to not spoil the suprise. Overall great experience and will be a repeat customer!

Once they got my money, Carvana's customer service disappeared. I have called several times inquiring about my new license plates. Apparently, Carvana screwed up the paperwork which accounts for the delay. What irks me is that if I had not called, they would never have told me about the delay. I called yet again yesterday because today my temporary plates expire. Carvana promised to FedEx me an extension of my temp plates. Today I have received nothing and now must drive 120 miles round trip with expired plates. I would never have been treated like this at a car dealer.

I just got my very first new car yesterday and I love it. At first I thought the whole buying a car online thing was too easy to be true, but it really is so easy. My delivery was postponed due to a mechanical issue, but the custom service lady was so helpful and very nice. It only took 3 extra days to get our car and the delivery driver was so friendly. I'll never never buy a car any other way.

From start to finish, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The extensive vehicle information, the ease of website use, and the excellent customer service over the phone made me confident in my decision to buy a car through Carvana. I got exactly what I was hoping for, and it was delivered to my home. I cannot recommend them enough!
