Used FIAT 500c with Manual

I never thought that buying a car would be this easy. Too many cars to choose from. Steven and Chris were exceptional with the delivery of my Fiat 500c. Even though the first 500c I returned because it had too many issues , my second choice 500c came in a beautiful condition. Customer service at the 1-800 number was also great with the customer service. All my questions were answered in a courteous and efficient manner. This is the new way to buy a car!

The process of purchasing a car online without truly seeing it upfront is risky. However Carvana goes to amazing lengths to create a comfortable feeling of trust. Every detailed picture and note matched perfect with what I picked up when I went to the Carvana Vending Machine here in Nashville. This is a dramatic change to how I've purchased cars in the past and I would happily do it again. The process was seamless. I had to speak to customer service and they were both knowledgable and friendly. I highly recommend Carvana.

Arrived straight to my door. It involved less paperwork, less time and was EVEN more straightforward and transparent than adding a second vehicle for an insurance. I love my new car! I'm so happy to have found it and purchased via Carvana. SO easy, thank you.

I tried going to dealerships and looking at vehicles online, but honestly, this was the least stressful and easiest car buying experience I've ever had. If you don't have time to deal with all that nonsense, this is the way to go.

Great experience on the buying aspect of caravan. Very straight forward and easy. Any questions I had were answered by carvana's very helpful and friendly staff. Delivery was very painless they dropped it off rite at my doorstep signed a couple of paper and good to go. As far as vehicle quality I would say buyer beware. The car mechanically is great I have no problems there. Fluids were clean topped off properly. Drive as of it were new. Cosmetically it has been a little disappointing. I've found a few other decent dings not mentioned on the website and plenty of scratches not mentioned anywhere. If carvana was a little more honest about the car I wouldn't have a problem. The price was rite it's just a little deceptive to me. It's not to say I couldn't of retuned the car. But it is the car I wanted and the price was rite. It's just they need to be more descriptive and detailed in my opinion. Just really make sure you are happy with what you looking at and compare with your local dealerships. Overall it was a pleasant experience dealing with carvana. Purchasing is painless the paperwork is painless. Not haggling with salespeople certainly is nice. But I feel like you should be able to haggle with carvana after you've taken deliverly. Especially if your assessment does not line up with what carvana is saying.

I would like to thank Samantha for being so professional and welcoming me when she delivered my Fiat 500c. Her attitude and enthusiasm was awesome! I love my new car! She is a great asset to Carvana! Also loved the customer service while I was in the process of buying the car. I am telling all my friends about Carvana!!!
