Carvana informed me that a car I had shown interest in was available, and I immediately started the process for purchasing it. That online process was fairly direct and simple. However, any specific questions I had about the particular car, if they weren't already "answered" in the posting, could not be answered by anyone if anyone could be reached. (The online assistant Sebastion is a joke.) For example, no photo showed a charging cable - a necessity for the electric vehicle I was purchasing; was one included? I had other questions but Carvana couldn't answer them. When the car was delivered, I discovered that the charging cable was not a stock one, and that the car was missing its Owners Manual, which is important for such an unusual car and expensive to buy ($150), and a spare key, again important since Fiat key fobs are not easily found and again expensive ($300). The advocate just shrugged and said I could buy these items online at an additional unexpected cost of $450 if I could find them.
