Used Dodge Dart with Manual

So I had ordered my car and it was delivered in under a week. The car I had ordered look just like it did in the picture, the only thing that wasn't exact was the some scratches on the door and mirror but it's a used car, what do you expect? :) From browsing my car to getting it, it was just smooth and simple. I love the filter software they use, I love the layout, when I found the car I wanted I loved the straightforward information, my interest, payments and any fees I should know about. No hidden fees, no negotiation games, no dealership hassles, the best way to get a car in my opinion. Then when my car was delivered the driver, Steve was super helpful and he reflected the website, simple straightforward. He asked if I had any questions, and let me even test drive it before signing the final papers. Also I side note, when I was shopping for a car I forgot to make sure all the vehicles I was looking at were automatic transmissions, so I almost ended up by a car with a manual transmission but luckily carvanas website advise me that I was buying a car with a manual and I quickly cancel that process :). Anyhow, I would recommend this site for anyone who is looking to buy a car! I would not step foot on a dealership lot again!!!

Hit a snag but it wasn't major (with delivery date). The over all experience was beyond words in a good way. I've been trying to get a new car for a looong time. I'm thankful Carvana gave me a chance.

The process from looking online to delivery was amazing, the customer advocates were there every step of the way to answer any and every question I had. Car is amazing, and so is the service...will recommend to everyone I know.

I bought a 2013 Dodge Dart 2 weeks ago and Im loving every minute of driving it..Carvana is the only way I will ever purchase vehicles from now on and have been referring everyone I know and anyone that will listen....

My car is so awesome! Add that to the incredible service and the attention to detail of the Carvana staff and I'm a very happy person!! It isn't everyday Santa and his elves hand deliver a beautiful car to your own house.

So, I just got a car like 2 days ago. It looks great and in the midst of a snowstorm she handled well and transported me safely to my destination. The only thing is making a funny noise. Now to be honest I was driving a very loud mustang before the 13 dart. If I can find someone to check for free and it's nothing I'll give 5 stars. Now besides the noise the process was a breeze. My credit is definitely less than perfect and all of the car lots around me made me feel like a car with 140,000+ was the best thing that I could get into. The idea that I could get a car with 32k was unheard of. The customer service reps are wonderful and answered all of my questions. I could have gotten the car delivered but I chose to pick it up in Nashville at the vending machine...it was cool but it would be better if when it came down there were more lights and flashes...(of coarse if anyone with the buyer has epilepsy that would be a no go). I got a goodie bag with snacks and water and a 25 dollar gift card was cool. Anyways moral of the story good place to buy a used car without the hassles and for considerably less money. Not sure if the car engine is supposed to sound like that and if not it's ok because of the limited warranty. Glad I stumbled across the website

Carvana lets you choose and buy a car online and have it available for pickup or delivered to your door. After choosing a car and completing the forms the online process stops and every step after takes place over the phone. You will have to conference call the bank to confirm funding, phone calls for the delivery and phone calls for any mistakes made on their end. All the forms are post-dated so that can slow down state registration after you take delivery, for example my bill of sale was post dated by 6 days after the funds were withdrawn from my account. I was erroneously billed MA sales tax and had to be refunded. There was no tracking or email updates so I had to call back repeatably to check the status of that payment. After taking delivery of my car I was repeatably called by Carvana and delivery people for a car I didn't buy, they mixed up my number with another client. The car itself is great and was what I was looking for, but expect a few headaches during the process.

I will never buy anywhere else! It was so easy. A completely hassle free trade and purchase experience!

The vehicle is great. Easy to purchase from the website. Also, how much your going to spend right out the door and no haggle from car people.
