I order my car friday they call verified everything sat got my car Monday, With a lot of different goodies in my bag in the front seat. They deliver my car (2015 Dodge Charger)to my house with all the paper work car fax etc. I called customer service 100 times to make sure I really got approved im only 21 and im a first time buyer everywhere i went to get a car they said i needed a co signer or i didnt qualify, Carvana customer service was AWESOME!! Every single time i called you could tell that the agent had a smile on ther face. Carvana will soon put all car dealerships out of business. It was the best online car experience. There were some process differences between what the website stated and what customer service stated when I spoke with them. Nothing too bad, but it caused me to make some extra calls to customer service. Customer service was always great --very helpful, good attitude, and always cheerful. If you stay in close contact with customer service during the purchase process, everything will go pretty smoothly. One thing to note... the customer service team should not encourage people to go see the vending machine in Atlanta. It doesn't exist yet. :-) No worries, though...the delivery facility is clean and it worked out just fine. Regarding the delivery, two things: First, they had the wrong vehicle waiting for me. It looked exactly like the model I purchased, but I noticed that the VIN did not match my paperwork...oops! Second, when they brought my car around, it was not fully charged (electric car). Fortunately, it was Sunday and Atlanta traffic was fairly light, so I was able to get home on a 44% charge. All in all, it was a positive experience. The car is great; the price was very fair; and there weren't any hidden fees and last-minute surprises.Read More4.5 OUT OF 5
- Kirstin B.DEC 10, 20162015 Toyota YarisHillsboro, ORI bought a 2015 Toyota Yaris from Carvana about a month ago. I loved the car however, there were some major drawbacks. When I purchased the car it said in the car features that it had keyless entry and cruise control. However, when we received the car it didn't come with either of these features. If you live closer to Carvana's headquarters, you could just trade in the car but since I am from Oregon I didn't want to pay for the shipping to send the car back. They also forgot to mail me my delivery packet with the registration papers and temporary license. They sent the packet overnight and emailed me a copy of the temporary license so that I could start driving the car. I called Carvana about the keyless entry and cruise control and they apologized for the miss-annotation and offered a discounted price of $250 dollars for the cruise control(which I have yet to receive). They told me to take the car into a dealership to ask for a key fob. When I took it into a Toyota dealership they informed me that they couldn't add Toyota's keyless entry because it didn't originally come with it. So again I called Carvana. They told me to take it to Best Buy and have their car experts install a keyless entry system in it and they would tell the credit card information over the phone. So we went to Best Buy but they don't take credit card information over the phone. So again I had to call Carvana. They told me that if I purchased the system that they would reimburse me. I agreed and I got the keyless entry system installed(I just barely received the reimbursement today). Overall it was a pretty big hassle but we do love our car and didn't have to deal with any dealerships which was nice.Read More4.0 OUT OF 5

- Madison S.JAN 6, 20172015 Chevrolet SparkAcworth, GAI just bought my 2015 Chevrolet Spark on Carvana a few weeks ago and am in love! Not only is the car way up to my expectations, but so is the customer service and the extra things they did to go out of their way (like how my tank was completely full when I got the car, they had put an awesome new set of tires on the car, and they still gave me a gift card for my first tank of gas). I had one minor snag during my buying experience with the car I originally bought not being available anymore, but they did resolve this fairly quickly. I keep telling all of my friends about my car buying experience with Carvana and they're all insanely jealous they didn't know about Carvana when buying their car!
