Used Convertible with Manual

I was laying in bed with my kids watching cartoons....and at the same time buying and financing a car. The whole process took less than 5 minutes. I loved that you could make adjustments to terms and down payments and watch the payments adjust, made decision making a breeze. I did have two issues, it came and had not been detailed. There was a lot of dirt and dust in all the vents along with the previous owners Starbucks garbage under the seats. The other issue was the keys. I only received one and it was the main key. This car was supposed to have a valet key to lock the glove box and that goes in the door, however it was not provided to me. I have sent an email about it, however it is to early to tell if there will be a response. I would definitely go this route again and recommend to a friend. As a single working mom, I do not have hours to spend in a dealership while they go back and forth from the room they sit you in to the finance office playing dealership games.

I do have a few things that I wish was a little different but overall the process was awesome. It was a little frustrating that I could not put a hold on a vehicle without giving a little more information. I do get why it was done that was but I wish there was something listed (at least on the mobile version) about the amount of time that you can put a hold on a vehicle with the proper information provided. I also found it a little frustrating how I had to add the car to my insurance policy prior to pick up. I have State Farm and I am covered in any vehicle I drive for up to 10 days. So the fact that I had to add it to my policy before I even drove it for the first time was annoying. The check engine light came on during my free return period which scared me. Come to find out that the gas cap was not properly tightened before given to me. I ended having to pay to fix this out of pocket. But other than those small hiccups the process was amazing. I truly felt like I was treated like a princess. I had a giant bow on the hood when I picked it up. ❤️❤️❤️ And candies and lotions stocked in side. The girl who dropped off my car was amazing. I felt safe and under no pressure at all. This will be the new way my husband and I will be buying cars now!

Selecting and buying a car from Carvana was probably the smoothest and easiest vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. True, there is no negotiation, but the prices were pretty competitive, and I didn't have to worry about going through the whole process at a dealership. Plus, at the end, the vehicle was delivered right to my home, which was a huge plus. Finally, buying vehicles sight unseen and drive undriven can be worrying. The 7-Day test own period is definitely a big advantage as well. I can honestly say I don't have any major complaints about Carvana; it was a great experience! Thank you!

It was so easy! Pick your car, delivery right on time. The car was exactly as advertised. Completely detailed! It was so fun...I almost bought another car just to do it again!

I bought this car a few days ago, the vehicle ran well, passed all expectations and inspections, very affordable, easy financing, was delivered clean and filled with gas, customer service was excellent, my time was valued , easiest car buying experience I've ever had!!!
