Really disappointed with the reconditioning on the vehicle, I ended up doing a few detail on the vehicle after getting it. Could have been a lot cleaner when received, also there was no front license plate bracket. I live in Ohio where this is required, small details like this will keep me from purchasing a vehicle in the future from Carvana.

This was the best experience I ever had in car buying. I was able to purchase one of my dream car without any hassle. The process was simple as if I was ordering my favorite pair of shoes. I will never go into a dealership again. I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 300. My vehicle was not in Atlanta it had to come from Dallas. When I arrived it was under that fantastic blue light waiting for me. After I signed some paperwork ..like 2 pages lol I was done. They even gave me a twenty-five dollar Carvana gift card to fill up. I did the Fly and Drive program. All information was submitted to the company; ie, airline, flight, arrival time, etc and no one was at the airport to pick me up. Called the AZ office and 1/2 hour later was advised to take a cab to the Carvana location. They reimbursed the cab fare. Did a quick test drive around the block and felt the car had a noise coming from a front strut. No biggie but should this have been caught during the 150 point inspection? I had a long drive to NJ so they got me on my way very quickly from the dealer. My rep at the dealer.......she was a sweetheart! So far the only one of the few pluses. During my 800 mile drive from Atlanta to NJ found the climate control wasn't working. No heat in freezing weather. Shouldn't this also be checked during the 150 point inspection? I'm hoping the 100 day warranty takes care of the issues. Really my gut feeling is that the vehicle was just cleaned up nice and then they threw the cards to see the buyer will notice. As far as the online purchase goes, the website is a great idea and I really enjoyed the layout/presentation but there were lots of glitches where the Customer Advocate would have to refer the issue to IT to make the transaction happen.

No Hassle -- no running bck and forth to the manager, then the credit department, then back to me with a new deal, etc. Ifeel that we bought a great car at a good price for the mileage on it. We were able to review all the good and the bad points, and when we got the car, what was good, was good, and the bad spot was there, but only the spot that was pointed out -- no other defect found. And the defect was a minor blemish in the paint!
