Used 2015 Chevrolet CT 200h

I just bought my 2015 Chevrolet Spark on Carvana a few weeks ago and am in love! Not only is the car way up to my expectations, but so is the customer service and the extra things they did to go out of their way (like how my tank was completely full when I got the car, they had put an awesome new set of tires on the car, and they still gave me a gift card for my first tank of gas). I had one minor snag during my buying experience with the car I originally bought not being available anymore, but they did resolve this fairly quickly. I keep telling all of my friends about my car buying experience with Carvana and they're all insanely jealous they didn't know about Carvana when buying their car! I'll never go back to a dealership after Carvana!

I bought a 2015 Chevrolet Sonic LTZ. This car was for our soon to be 16 year old daughter. We were able to go on line and hand pick all the options we wanted that make the car so special. Our daughter was thrilled when the Carvana truck pulled into our driveway with that shinny new car decked out the way she wanted it. Our experience, awesome!

I bought a 2015 Chevy Impala for my 40th birthday. The entire process was seamless. From start to finish the website was easily navigated and customer service readily available. I was worried and skeptic, this being a very large purchase for the online type. Once I selected my car and completed my verification's and paperwork, the delivery was scheduled. Rachel (not your typical tow truck driver) delivered my car. She was thoughtful enough to bring me flowers, happy birthday balloon, and a cake! The car was exactly as listed, and my worry immediately gone.

The whole process of purchasing my car was extremely easy. The car I purchased (2015 Chevy Spark) was described accurately on the Carvana website, which gives me some faith in their personal inspection. They also provided Carfax history on the vehicle which matched what was reported on the website. I opted for pick-up at the Carvana facility in Atlanta and was driving away in my new car within 10 minutes. I'm currently in the 7-day trial phase, so I can't attest to any of their claims about easy returns.

I received my 2015 Camaro SS yesterday and i have to say that i couldn't be happier. The driver and his partner were super friendly and courteous, As soon as i walked to the truck the guys came over to me and introduced them selves and from there on it was a great day. I have not stopped driving my Camaro, It was literally what i was expecting. I would because of the way that i was treated, The process is very easy, Every time i called it was a pleasure to talk to the rep and sometimes i would get the same rep to help me. I am super happy that i was able to purchase this vehicle from Carvana and will do so again in the future if i need another vehicle.

If I did not talk so much [about how I loved the car buying experience with Carvana] at the car vending machine in ATL I would have completed my purchase in 3 mins... I've never purchased used or without seeing the vehicle first, but Carvana gave me peace of mind when they notated every imperfection on my vehicle (no surprises), not to mention the cost savings (even after traveling from MEM to ATL to pick it up). We are strongly recommending Carvana to our friends/family and will be making a second purchase from them in 2015.

I purchased a 2015 Chevy Equinox from Carvana. I am happy with the service I received and the ease of picking up the vehicle. They have a large inventory to search from and most prices are competitive. They also do not charge the dealer doc fee which was almost $600 at a local dealership in my area. I never had to wait long when I placed a call to customer service. I like that you can scan all of your documents to their site. There was some hiccups with the site, but it worked out. I have a Carvana vending machine less than 20 miles from my home so picking up the vehicle was convenient.

I bought a 2015 camaro LS a little over a week ago, and the carvana experience was definitely different. In most ways much better than buying at a dealership. I despise dealing with salesmen that lie to your face. I like to work on my vehicles due to poor service that I have received from "professionals". I like to do research on all of the vehicles I buy, but it is hard to adequately assess a vehicle through pictures and Carfax alone. Carfax only has reported information, so if a vehicle has a minor collision and an insurance company is not involved, it will not be reported on Carfax. It would be nice to have pictures of under the vehicle to assess for corrosion and damage. My camaro was a lease return from New York state. As soon as it was delivered, I jacked the car up and found what I was looking for; corrosion on the exhaust system. For those of you that don't know, anti-icing compounds used on roads up north are highly corrosive to exposed metal, and heat accelerates corrosion. All of the exhaust brackets on the car are corroded to the point that they need tip be replaced. Again, I was expecting this. If I was at a dealership, I would use this as a bargaining chip to lower the price of the car. With carvana, there isn't any negotiations. I still believe that I received a good deal on the car though, and I would recommend carvana in the future. I also wanted to take this moment to thank the staff who helped me through the process.
