Used Chevrolet Spark with Manual

I probably could have bought this car for a 1000 or so less direct from auction but I'm glad I chose to go with Carvana. Here's why: no hidden fees, free delivery right to my door, no hassle 7 day test drive, free detail and wax, free inspection, free emission testing, free Carfax report, free ACH payments, no extra charge for floor mats, and no calls to the DMV. There was only one hiccup with the transaction because I refused to sign the papers electronically (no option to read first) but customer service was glad to email me the documents, as well as verify my identify and purchasing power. What really sold me were the 360 degree views of the exterior and interior. To improve on this, a 10 second clip showing all the lights are in working order would be nice; my vehicle had a disconnected tailgate light a burnt out brake light which no one warned me about. The only other thing missing from a perfect score would be documents detailing each and every 180-point item inspected and exactly what service Carvana did, if any, so I know exactly where to pick up on regular maintenance according to the manual.

The online purchase of something so critical as a car seems foreign to say the least. However, the experience from start to finish was completely painless. Even better, it was enjoyable! I had the car selected, contract signed, and purchase completed in about 15 minutes. Not to mention, this was also the best price I found for this vehicle. So, since this was my first car I was super nervous. I hate going into dealerships cause it's like waking into a trap. They are all trying to get you to leave with a car and it's honestly quiet scary. Now car shopping with Carvana was a dream. It literally has the best selection of cars and the fact you can adjust your down payment / monthly payments saved my life. Specially for me since I am just a 19-year old who works full time so I can pay for it all on my own. It was really such a breeze and the lady who dropped my car off was so freaking sweet. Lastly, when the car was being delivered, she called me when she was leaving and when she arrived. She let me go for a little test drive up and down the street. She went through all the paperwork and items I signed, showed me everything and how to make my payments online. She was so clear and answered all my questions, and just made it so easy. Inside my car was also a little gift bag with a Carvana Tumbler, Shirt (even though it was too big it was so cute), pen, car sticker, and when I thought that was it, after the lady who delivered the car left, I checked out the gas tank and whatnot and there was a pre-paid $25 gift card, in addition to the full tank of gas it came with.
