The online purchase of something so critical as a car seems foreign to say the least. However, the experience from start to finish was completely painless. Even better, it was enjoyable! I had the car selected, contract signed, and purchase completed in about 15 minutes. Not to mention, this was also the best price I found for this vehicle. Basically ALL of the vehicles I looked at on Carvana were priced below KBB value, so I felt confident I was getting the best possible deal. Delivery was even easier, and it was pretty cool to have the car delivered wherever I wanted for free. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I'd definitely recommend it.

So, since this was my first car I was super nervous. I hate going into dealerships cause it's like waking into a trap. They are all trying to get you to leave with a car and it's honestly quiet scary. Now car shopping with Carvana was a dream. It literally has the best selection of cars and the fact you can adjust your down payment / monthly payments saved my life. Specially for me since I am just a 19-year old who works full time so I can pay for it all on my own. It was really such a breeze and the lady who dropped my car off was so freaking sweet. Lastly, when the car was being delivered, she called me when she was leaving and when she arrived. She let me go for a little test drive up and down the street. She went through all the paperwork and items I signed, showed me everything and how to make my payments online. She was so clear and answered all my questions, and just made it so easy. Inside my car was also a little gift bag with a Carvana Tumbler, Shirt (even though it was too big it was so cute), pen, car sticker, and when I thought that was it, after the lady who delivered the car left, I checked out the gas tank and whatnot and there was a pre-paid $25 gift card, in addition to the full tank of gas it came with. I cried I was so happy and everyone throughout the whole process was so kind and helpful it almost didn't seem real. Really, Thank you Carvana. I will forever buy cars from here.

The whole process of purchasing my car was extremely easy. The car I purchased (2015 Chevy Spark) was described accurately on the Carvana website, which gives me some faith in their personal inspection. They also provided Carfax history on the vehicle which matched what was reported on the website. I opted for pick-up at the Carvana facility in Atlanta and was driving away in my new car within 10 minutes. I'm currently in the 7-day trial phase, so I can't attest to any of their claims about easy returns.
