Buying a car online could not be easier. I purchased a 2014 Silverado and after looking it over more thoroughly, decided not to keep it. The return process could not have been a more pleasant experience. After returning the 2014, I then found a 2015 Silverado that caught my eye. Some concerns I had found with the 2014 were kindly addressed by the Carvana staff on the 2015 and all is good. This is my ninth day with the truck and I am very happy with my purchase. The entire process from selection to purchase to financing was very smooth and problem free. When I called and said that I would be returning the 2014, my car advocate (as they are called) already had the paperwork filled out when I got to the dealership. I have made some suggestions to the staff at Carvana, such as including the inspection report on the page with the vehicle and they gladly listened. They did tell me that they are working on some other improvements to the site also. I highly recommend Carvana to my friends and anyone reading this review

I wasn't sure this service really worked, or worked the way it was advertised. I was WRONG. It was single best car buying expierence I have ever had. It was 20 min on line. 3 short phone calls and a 30 minute on time drop off. I was worried some of the pictures weren't clear when looking at dings and Knicks but the car when it arrived was clean and sharp. I will be adding another car to out two car family from them soon.

I started my experience about 2 weeks ago and finally picked out a vehicle on Sunday, the delivery came on Wednesday. I was allowed to go over the truck with a fine toothed comb without a salesman over me questioning every move i made. I found some issues and the driver didnt try to make excuses, he took some pictures and told me that it would be fixed at no cost to me(try that at a dealership). Our delivery driver made our experience smooth and enjoyable. I would only suggest, while trying to find out what your best options are, there be a way that you can include or exclude options (I.E. AWD, RWD). Also, when you make your purchase, there needs to be an acknowledgement that you are complete and a list of things to do next.

I did not look for Carvana, but Carvana found me. I found the vehicle I was looking for with an online search and it just happened to be a Carvana car. Boy am I happy I discovered the concept. Easiest vehicle purchase I have made in my life. I would definitely recommend this to my friends who like minded, do not like dealin with sales people.

I'm still in my 7 day trial period, but it's the truck I wanted and so far the experience has been way beyond my expectations. Very smooth, and the truck was Exactly as I had hoped.

Process was about 2 weeks from the start of the online search to the delivery of my truck. The entire Carvana staff was as professional as they come. My Silverado was as clean as the day it was made. I upgraded from a 2003 Silverado to this smooth ride. I love the concept of buying a vehicle, having it delivered, having 7 days to test it and not having to deal with salespeople who waste your time haggling.

Excellent online experience! Everyone was fantastic during the purchasing process from beginnibg to end. If your on the lookout for a new or used vehicle and dont like to deal with sales people this is the site for you. All the information about the vehicle you could possibly need or ask for. Even the regristration process is taken care of with no worries! The delivery process was flawless and at no charge! Our delivery agent was Stephen and he provided us with the background of the company as he is one of the original 7 employees! What a successful company thus far! I absolutely loved my Carvana experience. I took several months searching for the exact truck I wanted -- I used all of the online sites, even those from local dealers. I found the Carvana website to be superior. I must have watched the tour 100 times. On my scheduled delivery day, the driver noticed that my truck had not undergone the emissions inspection required and called me to let me know of the delay. Had they simply delivered the truck, I would have discovered that it needed the emissions test when I went to register it with the county -- and would have gone and had the test done without thinking ill of Carvana. The fact that *they* thought through it and made sure it was done for me before delivering the vehicle speaks to their amazing customer service.
