omgeee!!!! Where do i start!!! I'm not big on reviews, but this company definitely deserves recognition!!!! PLEASE READ MY EXPIRIENCE! I have so many great things to say about this company. Im still blown away about how EASY! FAST and SIMPLE my expirence was through caravana. i have previously purchased a vehicle through a dealiship for the first time back in 2015. My credit score was 680 with nothing bad really on my credit through TRANSUNION/equifax and i had $2k down. a lot of porpular dealiships that you can ever think of wanted to put me in a box car that i would never want, and then have my payments be $500/Mo. And have a co-signer! Smh!!! I waited 2-3 weeks looking high and low for a "decent" reliable car. DEALERSHIPS ARE SCAMS! Compared to carvana. I recently purchase a car with carvana "Chevrolet Malibu LT 2017" with 40k mileage" only 2.4k down (2,400) and went to go to a few car dealiships locally to see if there processes have changed over the years compared to carvana. I put every place to the test, and they couldn't do better or offer me a better deal than carvana!!!!!! I was in a car accident recently with the 2010 vw Jetta special edition, and was worried about how TF AM I GOING TO FIND A NEW CAR based on my circumstances. I was in no shape to be purchasing any car at this time. :( i felt helpless and heard of carvana, felt like this company was too good to be true. I had a prior repo, which is in error, currently being disputed but still on my credit, and a few other issues i was worried about. I was finally able to buy a new car with Low milegage and got the CAR THAT I WANTED not the car they want you to have like most dealiships.... and my car is covered and it was DELIVERED TO MY DOORSTEP! I am so greatful for carvana and how easy they made it for me to find MY EXACT CAR! i didn't have to ever leave my house to find it. All the info and details you'll need is in the website or you can call and harass them like i did lol. please take my word for it! don't waste your time anywhere else I PROMISE YOU, carvana is the BEST DEAL AND NEW WAY TO BUY A CAR THAN ANY OTHER COMPANY. Hands down! Disclaimer... *fyi, depending on the "make/model" of the car YOU CHOOSE, choose wisely as this is an investment. Even though there is a 7 day money back garentee, i would never want to be stuck with a car that is unreliable aka like "ford, dodge, and Chrysler 200" because I'm sure you choosing that option, you won't have quite the best expirence as you made a poor decision. Anyone who chooses those products and complains about the car having problems is the customers fault. Do your RESEARCH, and i promise you that you'll be beyond satisfied !

I purchased a car from Carvana about a month ago in Nov 2017 from the Atlanta area. Finding the car was easy enough and the information on the car seems pretty much accurate and it was a decent price. Pros and Cons listed below. Pros- Received a referral bonus for 500 dollars. Also, they took off another 500 dollars for Black Friday (if you purchased the car on Black Friday weekend they had an offer to take 1000 dollars off. I was still in the time frame so they made up the difference. Nice of them in a way, or else I might have returned the car and started the process over anyway). The car was clean and in good shape. Cons- I went through Delta Community Credit Union which was kind of a hassle even though they are partnered with Carvana. A lot of leg work here which made the whole process not as convenient as they advertise. The reason I did this was for a better APR rate and I heard that Carvana uses a third party sub prime lender which looks bad on your credit. I signed up for automatic payments for the car, but that somehow got messed up and I got a letter saying I had a late fee. Delta did waive this fee after I talked to them, but still it was a hassle. Another inconvenience (they are basing their business on convenience right?) was a couple days before the car was scheduled to be delivered, the Atlanta office called to say that they couldn't deliver the car and if I wanted delivery it had to reschedule for the following week. This was too late for me, so I had to make the drive down into Atlanta myself and it took the entire afternoon to get my car (they were busy with many customers). I've heard some people say that they got a gas card for having to pick up their car, but nothing was offered here. Lastly, the car did have a couple of minor issue. I had the car go through an independent inspection at a mechanic shop and later at a dealership. They both said that the thermostat was bad and would mostly blow cold air. The car was still under factory warranty so that repair was free, it just cost me two trips to the dealership and an afternoon (not super convenient though eh?) How did both of these services detect this and not Carvana? Also the car was handed over almost at the point of it needing an oil change and it needed tire alignment. I think there was about 20% oil life left, but this seems like an easy thing for Carvana to take care of while inspecting the car. Tire alignment is recommended at 20,000 miles which it was slightly over so I paid for that as well. Also, the plates and registration did come sort of late. I was told 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. I had to call after 4 weeks passed and the plates did come the next week. Who knows if this was prompted by me calling or them getting around to it. All in all, not a terrible service, but from my experience, the "convenience" advertised as compared to going out and buying from a dealership wasn't really there.

It has only been 6 days but I LOVE my new car. Carvanha produced a car exactly like what I was looking for online. Everything was just the same as they said that it was. The car is beautiful and great. Thank you buying online was the easiest process I've ever gone through.

I purchased this for my wife and the process was a lot better than going to a,dealership and haggling over everything. There was no pressure and when I was ready they were there to answers questions and make this a pleasant buying experience.

I just purchased my vehicle about a week ago. When I say this is the best car buying experience ever, I really do mean that. This is my 4 vehicle I've purchased. Everything was completed in under 4 hours. From reviewing all of my documents that I sent in to changing the vehicle that I wanted multiple times. I went on the site to just to do some browsing not even thinking that I would end with purchasing a car. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The process was so fast, easy, and stress free that I thought this was way too good to be true. Nope just car buying experience perfected. I purchased a 2013 Chevy Malibu, after receiving my vehicle I took it for a full diagnostic testing myself and they couldn't find not one thing wrong with my vehicle. I have my been telling any and everybody that will listen about Carvana as they are hands down the best new way to purchase a car.

The ability to buy a vehicle without being harrased is awesome but when the time came to speak with a representative was awesome-sauce. Every Carvana person I spoke with treated me like a human rather than just another number. Every Carvana rep showed compassion and excitement about working for the company. This showed me that not only are the representatives taking care of the customers but the upper management takes care of them. if you ever need a person for a commercial or picture, I happily volunteer my smiling face.
