My mom is the one who referred me, everything went great for her. I actually went with her to pick her car up from the South Austin location. They had her car in the little dispense machine and had her drop a big gold coin into a slot that would then bring her car all the way down to the ground near us. Her car was spotless! The guy working there at the time handed my mom a card with gas money on it and to her surprise there was also another gas card stuck inside the part of the car where you put your gas in. Everything was great, witch is why i decided to go with Carvana. My experience however was nowhere near the same. I got there, the machine that brings the car down to you was "broken" and the guy said "But I can still put it up there if you want me to" and then laughed a little bit. I told him that was fine I just wanted my car. The car was brought up to the front of the building and it was DIRTY! There was dirt all on the outside like the car had been driven recently and never cleaned. The inside, there was dirt in the carpet and hair and spots on my seats in the back. There was even MUD in my trunk!!!!!!! (The Carvana guy grabbed a rag and wiped some of the mud out of my trunk.) Also a big stain on the top near my sun visor. Who wants to take home a DIRTY car after spending so much money to get it? The Bluetooth was not working, so I had to wait while the Carvana guy googled a way to try and fix it.... (He did get it working before I left.) The man offered me a gift card or check to be mailed out to me so I could go myself and get the car cleaned. (I still have not received or heard anything about that.) The XM radio was working while I test drove the car but completely disconnected as soon as I pulled off the lot. That was strange. I DID NOT RECEIVE A GAS CARD FROM THE GUY HELPING ME AT CARVANA. There was a $10 gas card in my gas tank area, when i go to try and activate the card it says IT CANNOT BE ACTIVATED. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY TYPE OF GAS CARD WHEN PRIOR CUSTOMERS GET 2???? My over all experience was horrible and not the same treatment as my mom, a prior customer received.
