I got a 2014 3LT corvette that was very well priced and came in great condition. I did have a few cosmetic and mechanical concerns, but Carvana and Silver Rock have been super helpful in getting those approved and resolved. Not all of my approved service has been taken care of at this time, but I'm sure things will go smoothly based on my experience so far.
The extended warranty offered by SR gave me a lot of peace of mind when purchasing. Knowing that my car would be covered well after my purchase date made it easier to commit to the cost of the vehicle.
My delivery driver was very helpful going over the vehicle and the paperwork I had to sign at the time of delivery. Being able to see the car on its way to me and getting text updates from the driver ahead of time made the morning easy to plan. My only wish is that the rest of the process was as transparent. The car came from out of state and I had no idea if we would meet the original delivery date until the day of.
Every time I've had to call into Carvana, the representatives have been very helpful in assisting with my questions. Even the calls that didn't go the way I'd hoped in terms of getting some service covered, I did feel like the employees made their best effort to ensure I was satisfied with my vehicle and purchase process. Though I do plan to refinance, the integration with Bridgecrest for financing was very easy throughout the process.
We still have registration to get through which I have heard can be a pain point in the process. Given how everything else has gone, I have little reason to expect this to not go smoothly as well.
