Used Chevrolet Camaro with Manual

I first bought a car from Carvana over a month ago, when it was delivered it was the wrong car. Vin and mileage were right but they had the wrong pic on their site. I was really frustrated with this but kept looking and found another Chevy Cameo I liked again. It was delivered yesterday, Amazingly it was the right car, the person delivering it only knew the basic operations, and it had no owners manual! Plus the left front tire had a screw stuck in it. I took it to my mechanic who checked it out, removed the screw and plugged the tire. He said over all the car was in very good shape. He did show me some scratches that Carvana pic did not show, but I believe I can buff them out. I called Carvana today telling them I was going to keep the car and asking for ann owners manual. They said they had to wait 7 days first, even though I said I was going to keep plus there should have been one in the car. Oh well, that's all I have to say.

This was the best car buying experience ever. I did everything online, including changing the vehicle because I chose a manual. I never purchased a car so quickly. When I picked up my vehicle I was out the door in less than 10 Minutes. I will never buy another car form a lot again.

The car was sent and arrived when expected, BUT ! The car was positioned behind the drive wheels and arrived covered with road sand and dirt. The transporter should have taken precautions to have the vehicle protected while in transit. After numerous washings I am still finding dirt and sand particles emerging from the crevices and various badges. I am resolved to have the car professionally cleaned and detailed. The driver seat has worn through and GM has no ETA on replacements. I may have no choice but to have the covers professionally duplicated. There was a problem with the tire pressures indictors and that was resolved by a commercial wheel and tire facility. The Owners Manual was not sen with the vehicle and needed to be purchased. Unfortunately the manual supplier does not have an inventory of this manual and I will have to wait for it to be available. In the meanwhile I have to wait to hear my favorite CDs. The vehicle does not have a CD player.

Super easy! The process of buying the car and filling out the paperwork online took about 10 minutes (we didn't finance through them so we had all that set up already.) We scheduled to pick up our car on a Saturday. About 20 minutes before we were getting ready to leave, we received a call that there were some scratches on the car that were not noted on their website. The guy told us we had the option of just sending it straight to their body shop and rescheduling our pick up date, or we could meet as planned and take it to the shop of our choice and they would cover the charge. We opted for the latter. I also think it's important to note that the scratches were not as bad as we thought they were going to be. They have an awesome selection of cars. We were looking specifically for a manual which are not super common, but we still found one in budget. Overall, awesome experience and great customer service :)

Carvana over exceeded all my expectations i would recommend carvana to everyone

The car I purchased was delivered clean and in the condition as represented on the website. I am a totally satisfied customer and will be a returning customer forevermore.
