It took me months to actually be ready to buy a car and I get overwhelmed at dealerships and wind up leaving early. I shopped around for a good price on my trade in and where I could get the best deal on the car I wanted and settled on Carvana. I did the entire purchase and trade in on my phone, which was super convenient. The person who dropped off my car, Charmaine, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She stayed in contact via text, again, super convenient for me. In person, she explained everything simply and easily and was patient with me since I have obviously never done this before. The next day though, I noticed the tire on my new car had a slow leak. I looked at the warranty documents which said that it does not include tires or brake pads, so of course I was dreading having to deal with that. I COULD just return the car if it was too much of a hassle but I really liked the car. I went to the shop and the warranty covered the tire, which was a relief. I hadn't picked up a nail or anything, so I didn't want to wind up being stuck with the bill, so I'm glad they do have exceptions for defective tires. So, all in all, a very good experience, and i later found that Carvana actually included an emergency flat tire repair kit in the trunk. Ha!
