Getting In touch with customer service couldn't have been easier and pleasant the entire time. Everything was quick and easy doing a trade in and financing until I had to purchase it as as business. Carvana doesn't do financing for business. It worked out because I got a rate of 1.94% vs 3.9%. The issue came with all the paperwork I must have filled out a dozen times. It had to be in a biz name. Not personal. I then had to get different insurance. The last annoyance was I never received a retail invoice needed for the bank until I called them. This ended up delaying things with the bank a week because of the weekend.I felt if I wasn't calling every day nothing would have gone as smooth as it did. Once all that was settled the delivery was amazing. Everything was taken care of including registration and license plates. The delivery person was on time, kind informative and helpful. My only peeve is that the car arrived dirty inside. We had to go to a car wash immediately. It could have been given at least a basic cleaning inside. There was white dried up stuff all over the inside doors, filthy grime all the dash, left over coffee stirrers and a lot of filthy grainy dirt and debri inside the compartments. While not terrible this was not what I was expecting. Anytime I bought a car from a dealer it was detailed and gleaming inside and out. Otherwise it was a fantastic experience that I will certainly use again next time I need to buy an off lease car or trade in. I will also highly recommend this service and company to any friend or family.
