I was skeptical through the whole process till I seen my car pulling up. Everyone we have spoken with where very kind, pleasant, and willing to help with any of the process even if it was to just call for reassurance. I will always be giving Carvana my business and Hope everyone reading this review will do the same. They really take the hasell out of car buying. The whole process is very simple to complete. After inquiring information they called and discussed this new process of buying a car. The vehicles and prices were outstanding. The whole deal took about 15 minutes on line and about 15 minutes at my Credit Union. My new 2015 SUV was delivered to the house, clean and full of gas. 15 minutes later it was mine. Took it to my mechanic to double check for any problems.... one tiny tiny oil leak from a gasket but it was still under warranty and didn't cost a penny to fix. We were also helped by four different individuals by phone during the online purchase process. Everyone was friendly and helpful. However we did send two E-mails asking that they be sure to put the car title in both our names. Carl Hauser or Joann Hauser. When Brian arrived with the paper work it was just in my name. He corrected it on the spot, Although I can not say for sure if the problem has been resolved. WE have not received the title as of yet. Perhaps communication with the underwriters could be better. From the helpful staff to the selection process I would recommend to anyone. I hate dealing with dealerships and the skeezy sales people when you tell them you have bad credit etc and when they try to sway you into something you really don't want. I even changed my mind several times mid purchase and there was never an issue with them making changes. It arrived at my home with a very sweet driver she went over all my paperwork. It arrived at my home the day it was promised on a small car carrier in perfect condition with a full tank of gas and a goody bag !! Buying from Carvana was a very simple and stress free way to shop for a car. There were plenty of vehicles to choose from and once I had narrowed my choice the rest was easy. The only regret I have is that my son on law bought his Buick Enclave in 2016 and recommended Carvana to me. Unfortunately he didn't receive cards to give to perspective buyers like I was given that gives the buyer $500.00 off their new purchase and $100.00 for the person who made the recommendation when the sale is made.Read More5.0 OUT OF 5
- Jeffery S.OCT 18, 20172015 Buick LaCrosseMarietta, GAI looked at lots of cars online both at Carvana but also cars.com, carguru, autotrader, etc. I went out and drove several and worked deals that were good, but there was always something that didn't feel right.I wanted to stay under $20,000 for the price of the car if possible but I needed navigation, blind spot, and backup camera and assist. Everything I looked at that had those options was around $21-$24,000. If under $20K, then too many miles. I had a 2012 Buick Regal and loved the car so I was looking at Regals, LaCrosse, Lincoln MKZ, Cadillac CTS, Kia Cadenza & Optima, Honda Accord. Finally, I saw the 2015 Buick LaCrosse with all the options and more for $22K. It was $2000 more than what I wanted to pay, buy it had everything, including Blue exterior with beige interior. I purchased a 2016 Buick Verano with the assistance of Customer Advocates Sarah and Christopher. They were both friendly and very helpful. They arranged for the Chrysler to be picked up at the same time of delivery of the Buick to my home. I was beyond pleased! I have told friends and family about the outstanding customer service and that their next vehicle purchase should be through Carvana. The only issue I had was that I could not use my spouse's income for the purchase so the first vehicle we picked we no longer qualified for. So we ended up choosing a 2015 Buick Verano.
