I looked for a car for about 3 months and found Carvana had the best price with no extra dealer charges. Completing all of the "paper work" on line was very nice and took very little time. The delivery had a small problem which was very nicely worked out by the driver. The 7 day test drive went well and so far I am enjoying the car very much.

I Bought a 2013 Buick La Saber and I'm so glad I did!!!!

This was by far the experience i have ever had. The customer service is unrivaled by any ordinary car dealer ship. Where do i start? First of all the process was so quick and simple. The car i purchased is a 2014 Buick Lacrosse premium ii (a car i dreamed of having since the first time i saw it). The day i was scheduled to pick up the car was my sons birthday (he turned five). So i explained to the Carvana representative that i would like to pick the car up earlier if possible she explained to me that i had to wait at least twenty four hours before i could pick it up, which collided with my sons birthday party start time. The representative told me to bring my son they would try to do something special for him. When i arrived i saw my car sitting inside of a glass room looking like a million bucks and behind it sat a table with balloons, cup cakes and gifts for my son. Carvana is a company that cares. I would like to give a special thanks to the lady from corporate who initiated this and to the Kris Kuamer the Carvana representative who help finish the process of me buying my car.
