Used Buick Enclave with Hands Free

I loved my experience with Carvana! Everything went so smooth and easy I actually kept waiting for the shoe to drop with bad news. The online process was very quick and easy. I love the fact that they bring the vehicle out to your house. This made making the car purchasing process so easy and stress free since we have young kids as well as the prices being locally competitive. I was able to keep them in the house occupied while I went out and looked the car over. After looking the car over I moved the car seats into the new vehicle and we all took a test drive while Carvana folks test drove my trade in. When we all got back we signed the paperwork outside at the back of the vehicle. SO simple! My husband loved the fact that they sent two females out to delivery the vehicle. I don't know if this was coincidence or if they realized that I was a female and they made that choice. Either way it made my husband and myself feel at ease. I had zero issues with getting my tags as some have posted they had issues with. In fact, they had sent new temp tags out to me where I was vacationing since my temp tag was expiring before I would make it back home. They told me upfront that it would take approximately 60 days to get my new plates. They were at my house when we returned from our trip so it actually only took about 30 days! My only complaint with the experience is with the online pictures of the vehicle. The main photo issue is that everyone I showed the picture to thought the vehicle looked black. However, in the description it clearly stated Midnight Amethyst. I did not notice this until the morning just prior to delivery and had to Google the color. Luckily, I realized this and did this prior to delivery so I wasn't expecting a black vehicle. I actually like the color, but up till about an hour before delivery I thought I was purchasing a black vehicle. They also lack enough photos of the interior of the vehicle. Just make sure you read ALL the specs and details as the photos do not give you an accurate picture of your vehicle. They also do not show all of the scratches on the outside, but you are buying a used car so that is to be expected. Though not getting to see it before delivery I would like to see improvement in the photo department.

I bought my 2013 Buick Enclave a couple of weeks ago and have thoroughly tested it from driving and features. What a wonderful experience from start to finish! I used to be in the car business and believe me, I don't like the back and forth haggling anymore than you do. Perhaps even less because I have seen it from the other side of the desk. I was a little hesitant at first to try this online only process, but man, am I glad I did! The process is truly transparent all the way through. From disclosure of every scratch or ding to the immaculate detailing before delivery, I'm a Carvana fan! Everything is well thought out and the little surprises are a nice touch. For example, I took my car to fill up today and when I opened the gas cap a gift card fell out. For what must have been the hundredth time I asked myself "who does that?" while chuckling. There's only one.... Carvana! So if you're thinking about buying from them but aren't sure...Do yourself a favor, do it! Take it from me, you won't be sorry.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle online. The car buying process went very smoothly. The car was exactly as the website stated. I received a Carfax for my vehicle when I went to Carvana in Atlanta for pick-up. My car was in my possession in less than 30 minutes top. I do recommend Carvana for online vehicle purchasing.

My first time buying on-line. So far, a satisfactory expereience.

No, I didn't shop for my car naked, but I DID buy my car at 10 pm in my very comfortable pajamas. I worked an 8-hour day, rushed home for dinner, bathed two children, fed a baby, and THEN bought a car. On a weekday. That's hella convenient for a full-time working mother of three who doesn't want to drag her family to a dealership on Saturday morning. The entire process was easy-peasy and painless, from research to purchase to delivery. Five thumbs up from this family.

I love cars. I hate buying them. I hate the entire process and the all day drama. This time there was none of that. Everything was easy from researching cars, to choosing and finance to delivery. The surprise gift card when we went to add gas was just like icing on a cake. Love my car!

So fantastic to have my new car delivered to my driveway (full of goodies) without ever having to deal with the smothering sales people at the dealerships. Saved me time, money, and the guarantee makes me feel very comfortable about the purchase. Couldn't be happier with the car itself too!

Vehicle delivered with extra scratch and paint missing that wasn't disclosed. Vehicle out of alignment, not happy to spend money on a vehicle I drove for first time today.

From my first conversation, to the delivery of my car and the last e-mail,  this experience with Carvana has been the best car buying and trading experience I have ever had. No pressure from pushy dishonest salesmen, only very nice people that were available to answer every question quickly. Within 24 hours, I was given a very reasonable appraisal for my trade. When the car was delivered,  it was exactly as pictured online.  I knew every tiny blemish in the paint and inside, though they were all so minimal no one else will notice if I don't tell them. Only 1 key was delivered with the car and when I asked about a 2nd one, the associate made a note to inquire about it for me. Next day, I received a call to let me know it would be taken care of.  Carvana contacted my local dealer and had a key made for me with the remote. I had my car inspected during the 7 day return period. I was told that everything looked great!  I would definitely do it again and have already been recommending Carvana to friends and family.
