Once I selected my 2015 BMW 335i GT, Carvana was great at explaining the process and answering all of my questions. Almost everything is done online and is as easy as uploading documents for their review. The car was delivered on time and I had seven days to experience it before deciding whether to complete the purchase. My only issue with the car was vibration at highway speeds. I did have to take the car in and get the tires balanced. Otherwise, it was perfect. I'll definitely look to come back to Carvana the next time we buy.Read More4.8 OUT OF 5

The car was supposed to be delivered on Monday, but never showed up. I ended up contacting Carvana and was told for some reason the delivery didn't get scheduled with the local hub. The car arrived the following day. Minutes after delivery a service light came on on the car. Mind you, it is something to do with a parking light. So...presumably a very minor issue. We contacted Carvana and they want us to pay $50 to have diagnostics run on the car, within the 7 day period. $50 to diagnose a problem that appeared no sooner than when the delivery truck left here. Carvana refused to work with us on this. We had the option to send the car back. But I've rolled the dice on this minor issue not being a red flag for a major issue. Either way, I think them refusing to waive a $50 service fee for an issue that appeared immediately is ridiculous. They're willing to sacrifice a good customer service experience and what would've otherwise most likely been a positive review for $50. So...there ya go. Take it for what you will. The car seems to be good otherwise. The price I got for a 2015 BWM with low miles made it too hard for me to return the car over the issue. But I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth in regards to the overall experience and will not likely return in the future.Read More2.3 OUT OF 5

When I went online and saw the vehicle, and finance options I could not hesitate to sign! I was very skeptical, and unsure. Many people questioned my sanity, and I stood my ground! How could you not with a 7 day no questions return policy!!! My vehicle came 3 days early from the third party transfer AND on a Holiday weekend!!! My Memorial Day weekend was LIT!!!! My baby is shiny, clean, everything promised and more! Carvana is the S%#T! (Profanity is needed to describe my car buying experience) because it really was that easy and stress free! My favorite follow up from Carvana was a $50 prepaid Visa, and a tee-shirt that says, "You buy shoes online. I buy cars." I am in love!!! Thanks Carvana!!! I located the vehicle about a month, before I even pulled the trigger. My dream car, since I was about 15 years old. The vehicle was the right color I wanted and the perfect interior ( this car was like it had my name on it). The price couldn't be beat with the low millage. All other vehicles I looked at in the same class with the same millage were priced much higher at other dealerships. After seeing the commercial's many times over, I thought to myself, this is too good to be true or what's the catch to this online car buying process. I have to say, I was blown away at the ease of the process, everything is done online and the customer service I received was outstanding!!! I made several phone calls to make sure this wasn't to good to be true or trying to figure out were the loop hole was going to come into play in this online car buying process, I must admit there was none. I can say with every fiber of my being, that this was a process that was enjoyable, one that was hassle free and a car buying experience, I would partake in again when it comes to buying a vehicle. I have certainly shared the good news regarding Carvana's car buying process with many individuals and have family members and friends visiting the site on a daily bases looking for their next vehicle. Thanks Carvana for making a young boys dream come true!! I am enjoying my 2015 BMW 328i xdrive!!!! I had seen the commercials. I had my own financing, so I didn't want to haggle over a price for a pre-owned certified vehicle. I wanted to pay a reasonable price. I wanted a wide selection of my vehicle preferences to choose from. I wanted a good value for my trade in. I got everything I wanted and more. Including GAP within my financing, and including my balance on my trade, my loan still put my purchase under the Kelly Blue Book for my Carvana purchase. So I am not upside down on a new car loan. And I never left my house! I am beyond satisfied with my 2015 BMW 328i series. The Carvana experience was phenomenal! Every part of the process was very easy the pricing of the vehicle was well in range of other dealerships and Carfax and warranty information is easily accessible. Customer service was excellent, everyone was eager to help and answered every question I had. Delivery was also exceptional and right on time, the car was exactly what I seen on the website, and the delivery guy explained all the paperwork and was very helpful.
