Used 2009-2011 BMW Z4

This is the first car that I've ever bought on my own and it was an amazing experience. From finding the vehicle on the website to the chat, email and phone communication with Carvana customer reps, it was as low stress as I could've imagined. The customer reps were friendly and knowledgeable. If they didn't have an answer, they investigated and got back to me in a matter of hours at most. Delivery of the vehicle truly made this special: it's a unique experience when you have a bright red BMW roadster arrive at the foot of your driveway. The driver was a very friendly Carvana rep that unloaded the car and pulled it into the driveway. A few signatures (I'd already signed the contract online a few days earlier) and I was away! It only took a drive around the block for me to fall in love with the car but the 7-day test drive and 100-day warranty gave me the piece of mind. From start to finish, an exceptional car buying experience. I would recommend Carvana to anyone!

I bought a car from out of state with Carvana, everything from start to finish was very easy - the online buying process, the trade in, picking up the car - everything. Every customer service representative I spoke to on the phone(and I spoke to many) was great. I would buy from them again. Hope they move into the northeast soon.

The good: Awesome customer service. Prompt delivery Car was exactly as described The not so good: Having purchased my last 3 BMW's from a BMW dealership, I am very accustomed to a flawlessly detailed vehicle on delivery. The Car vending machine folks didn't remove the delivery tag, which left a sticky square on the window, and the fron and back windshields were incredibly streaky. Unexpected Awesome: A gas card since there was only half a tank in the car when I picked it up.

Transaction was as painless and relaxed as it gets! I went and picked up the car as they have very limited availability to deliver them due to bad weather i had to delay my pickup and they couldn't deliver on either days. they have a total of 3 deliveries a day. The only real negative to the process that i noted was they advertise that the car is detailed. It was definitely not detailed but pretty clean. Overall the car was in good condition. i did find addition defects to what was seen on the website but they were acceptable. The price was fair....not great. I would probably use the service again.

This was the best experience ever!! Now I can truly enjoy my car without the negative car purchasing experience hanging over my head!!! Yeah!!!!

They did most everything faster than I could have expected. This is a paradigm shift in car buying. Car dealers have got to hate these guys, they are that good.

I have owned 42 cars so far. Mostly new, but this is the first car I have purchased on line. The photos and 360 degree zoom made it easy to get up close and personal to my selection. Throughout the process everyone was friendly, professional and had all the answers to my many questions Gold medals to Rebecca, Tessa, Lisa, Matt and Jewel. After the car was delivered (with a full tank of gas) I took it to my local BMW dealer for a repair. The car was fixed with no cost to me. I'm telling all my friends about Carvana.. Truly a great buying experience.

First experience with Carvana. Took 2012 BMW Z4 to dealership to do full inspection. Turns out every bit of service was due; oil change, brakes, spark plugs, and had added the multi point inspection, and computer diagnosis. Total bill was $870, some of which was a part of going over vehicle. The lesson is be prepared or consider any vehicle is going to need every bit of service because you're not dealing with a dealership. If this was a stock vehicle from BMW, I would have proceeded with dealership because they can certify. So vehicle came back with a leak on oil gasket and needed replaced at a $1000 repair. I called Carvana and they handled this repair. Additionally I did not pay attention to the listing and only included one key in which I would have tried to negotiate at it was $400 to get second key. Carvana would not handlle this expense. Overall would I do again? Possibly, but as mentioned if was a stock unit with BMW dealership, I would have went that route. Especially a unique higher end vehicle.
