Used BMW X6 with OtherCylinders

I have had the most awesome experience with buying my car, from start to finish. The customer service representatives were very personable and professional each time we communicated. The young man who delivered the car was professional and friendly. I expressed that I was buying the car as a birthday gift for myself and the representatives at carvana went as far as to put a beautiful red bow on my car for delivery, upon request. If I could sum up my experience with carvana in one word it would be "AWESOME !" Thanks to everyone over at carvana for an awesome car buying experience... I absolutely love my BMW x6!

I bought in early April! Wonderful service! Absolutely no stress and they delivered the vehicle to my work a day early!

This was a pleasant experience and I love the car the only thing I am slightly upset about is that there were scratches on the bump and a few other spots of the vehicle and the interior could have been detailed better.

The processing was too slow. The customer always called me at the last minute, and told me if I would like to the car, I have to send the document in half hour. Why don't call me in the morning???? Then I had to wait more days for the car. The car has a lot more scars than the website shows. And I don't get the coupon or discount, but you want me to send discount to other people.

I have never written an online review for any product. However, because this was such a large purchase $45,000.00 (including all taxes, fees, extended warranty) and the experience was so amazing, I purchased a 2015 BMW X6 fully loaded including the M Package. I just have to say Thank You to CARVANA for your help, support, and existence! I have purchased many used cars in my life and this by far was the most pleasent and rewarding. Nothing is perfect and when my car was delivered to my doorstep (no delivery fee), there were a few minor issues I had. Customer service was amazing. their attitude was one to help you with your experience. It is obvious customer satisfaction is highly emphasized and trained within the organization. Because they are an online company, communication is not always quick (this is true of any online company), but they try very hard to be responsive quickly via email as well as by telephone. I was also able to get many questions answered on chat once I had reserved the car purchase. one last point I would like to make is the "NON" PROESSURE TO BUY. They provide various ways for you to make sure you are going to buy what you want and to be certain after you get the car, you are happy. This would never happen with a car dealership or with a private party sale. From an everyday, average consumer here in the USA, I would like to say this: "CARVANA, I wish you continued success in the sales of used automobiles and thank you for giving us Americans a great option in buying a used car." Overall I'm happy with my purchase. I got a pretty good deal and was able to the exact car I wanted. However they only listed a few chips, typical of freeway driving. In reality there was a large scrape in the front bumper, about 3" long and about 1/4" wide. If this car was on a lot I would have still purchase it, just after they fixed it.
