Used BMW i3

Carvana approved my request to purchase a BMW I3 REX on 9 Mar for 22 Mar delivery. Due to a conflict in my schedule Carvana did reschedule the delivery date to 23 Mar. Due to a winter storm hitting the northeast 20 & 21 Mar. I was informed on 22 Mar. that due to backlog due to weather my new delivery date was 3 Apr. When the car was delivered on 3 Apr. we were informed that the charging cord was not in the car when the delivery guy received from inspection. We were informed by at least 3 different customer service advisors that the cord would be overnight deliverd by fedex. We finally received the cord on 10 April. I do believe Carvana's online car purchase process is a new approach and great concept giving customers more variety to choose from since cars are shipped nationwide, however there should be additional checks and balances to ensure the customer receives a quality product in efficient manner. I would have given 4 or 5 stars if we had not dealt with unfulfilled promises and delay in receiving charging cord.

Overall excellent. The easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Very pleased. With one exception. The car was not cleaned before it was delivered. Both outside and inside were dirty.

I bought my new car two weeks again and could not be happier. Not just with the car itself (which is exactly as advertised!) but with the entire experience. I will never buy from a dealership again. The attention to detail was phenomenal ... for example, getting temp tags, and bringing my car already charged. Life changing experience ... I can't believe I haven't done this sooner.

After spending 30 years in automotive retail (including ownership) Carvana has changed my opinion. For years, retail automotive has been attempting to sell units using technology. Carvana is a technology firm that retails automobiles

Had a wonderful buying experience. My wife picked out the car she liked and went through the checkout process, then picked a delivery date 7 days out. Carvana and the Bank did the paperwork quickly and we had everything in order within a few days. The day of delivery, we were anxious. At 10:30 (on time) up pulls a really cool looking Carvana truck with her car on it. The young lady jumped out and was super nice and excited for us. She even brought flowers, gift cards, and a bag of goodies for my wife. The car had balloons in it as well. It is hard to describe, but between actually getting the car, all the excitement of the driver, and the goodies....it was like a super special day and not like any other car purchase ever. As for the car, it looked super...they had really detailed it up. We checked tires, all turn signals, test charged it, looked for windshield cracks, tire tread, ac/heat, etc....but it all was like new. We have 7 days to return it or keep it. My wife has been driving it lots, and will be keeping it for sure! It was such a great experience we jokingly keep saying "Do we need another car?"...it was so easy and FUN to purchase this way. I purchased my BMW i3 from a great selection, every step of the way was wonderful, my favorite part was when Rebecca Griffin delivered my new(used ) car, she unloaded it and took me through the car and paperwork - really wonderful experience. Highly recommended

I only bought this car a couple days ago, but the buying experience was the best one I have ever had. Stress free, pressure free and salesman free. The hardest part was waiting 24 hours for my car to be delivered to the vending machine. The vending machine was neat. The price of the vehicle was very competitive with a local dealership. In fact, the price was $550 better than the local dealership and the car from Carvana had many more options. Customer service was A+. The car was delivered without a charger (fully-electric vehicle) and not enough charge to get home. The supervisor went to a local BMW dealership, purchased a brand new charger and I opted to take the car 3 miles up the road to a quick-charge station.....and Carvana paid for the $10.77 charge to use the station. The financing process was a breeze and I love the seven day return policy. It takes the pressure off the entire process. I get to drive the car in an every-day scenario to make sure that this car fits my family and that it's exactly what I want and need. The most stressful part was deciding which color vehicle I wanted.

Went in to this with a open mind as the cost of $22,000 was not a deal breaker as we merely looked for a up scale Golf Cart for use around our community . What arrived however was a perfect condition i3 BMW both inside and out. The delivery was smooth and on time and the driver very pleasant . What can we say other than if we could give 6 stars as a review for the company we would but alas they will have to make do with 5 .

Let's just start with, the car was delivered to my house; BOOM! I was dreading having to go to a dealer lot so I called a friend who works for a competitor. He knew my anxiety with traditional car buying so he found the car I wanted on Carvana. I will never set foot on a car lot ever again.

I was somewhat worried about making such a large purchase online with a firm that I had only limited information about. The worries were about such things as whether Carvana was truly legitimate, whether Carvana's business model was sound and thorough, whether I could buy a good used vehicle based only on online pictures and descriptions, and whether there were ways to back out of the deal if I didn't like the product or some part of the purchase process. My worries were needless. Carvana delivered as advertised, and more. They gave me a week to keep the vehicle with a no questions asked return policy. I found the process is complicated -- buying a car from a Georgia dealer through company staff in Arizona with delivery and title transfer in a third state. Carvana had answers for all my questions. They delivered a vehicle that we now have decided we would have wanted even if we purchasede through a dealer. Thanks, Carvana!
