HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! (AWESOME IF YOU CAN DRIVE THE CAR 5000 MILES OR SO TO MAKE SURE IT DOESN'T HAVE ANY ISSUES; OTHERWISE YOU MAY GET YOURSELF A LEMON!!)
Horrible experience!!!! 20 days after purchase, less than 500miles driven and the BMW dealership say there is whole in the rim! I call CARVANA and they tell me that they will not repair it even though I phoned them 9 days after the purchase to tell them the car had some sort of shake!! After I get the call from the service advisor at BMW, I am told; "sir, the problem is the rim has a hole in it and needs to be replaced! How does a rim have a whole in it and CARVANA NOT NOTICE THE SHAKE??) I CALL CARVANA TO ADVISE THAT WE HAVE A PROBLEM, for 20mins, the advocate tells me how they are not responsible and will not cover the cost of the repairs because I am outside of the 7-day window (how was I to know I needed to drive 5000 miles or so within 7-days to make sure the car was not a LEMON!)
Finally, after I continue to pressure the advocate, I am told a supervisor would call me back in 48-hours….Well 48-hours later I still have yet to get a call back(I GUESS I HAVE TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER YEAR)!!
This has been by far the worst experience!!! How could this car pass an inspection??? Was it even inspected???? How do you make me, the consumer pay for something that you should've thoroughly checked out??
Yes, Carvana is awesome when it comes to not having to leave your home, however, the CHANCES YOU TAKE when you buy a car sight unseen, and only have 7-days to make sure it's okay is HORRIBLE!!! What happened to 30-days or 3,000 miles warranty??? In fact, WHY DOES CARVANA OFFER A WARRANTY WHEN IT DOESN'T COVER ANYTHING!!??
