Used BMW 5 Series for sale in Atlanta, GA

What a very smooth process. Paige and Jessica In the Phoenix home office were so professional, patient and knowledgeable. And last but not least a young lady named Jamaica at the Atlanta local store was a pleasure to deal with as well. Highly recommend buying a car through Carvana. I'm so pleased with my 2014 BMW 535ix and the extended warranty I purchased in addition.

I just bought my second car from Carvana. I had the first one delivered but I flew to Atlanta to pick this one up so I could experience the vending machine and it was fun! They gave me two hundred dollars to offset the cost of my flight. I will never buy a car anywhere else again and I reccomend them to everyone. It's really a no hassle experience.

First, the only reason I didn't give CARVANA five stars was because my vehicle wasn't in the vending machine when I came to pick it up and I was really looking forward to that experience. I would have opted for delivery but wanted to punch in my code and have the garage door open with my new (new-to-me) vehicle inside. Otherwise, this was an excellent shopping experience. The staff was very professional and courteous. I was even offered a bottled water and an apology. The vehicle was in better condition than I thought it would be. In fact, out of all of the vehicles I test drove in the Metro Atlanta area Caravana's vehicle was by far the best conditioned and detailed vehicle. I save $6k under NADA and purchased the vehicle of my dreams. Thanks CARVANA!!

The biggest concern is that the webpage does not have space to put the referral code when order. And it cause me loss potential $500. The delivery was changed to pick up by myself; of course, you inform me in advanced, and I agree to pick up by myself. But it is still cause my big problem cause the traffic to and from your local office in Atlanta. There are still not unexpected imperfection that are not seen in the photos of webpage; too many small scratches and imperfection. But overall, car condition are still good.

Every team member that I have spoken to has been the most courteous, friendly and responsive to have dealt with. I received my new vehicle today ahead of scheduled and the delivery person was very polite, detailed the vehicle in all systems, just an awesome experience and the vehicle was in superb condition, clean flawless. Best car buying experience ever, I will never go back to a dealership.

I made my purchase approximately 2 weeks ago. I took the day off work to be home for the delivery but the vehicle never showed. Due to some kind of communication error, I received the vehicle 3 days later than I was supposed to. Once I received the vehicle, I noticed that it was listed with a feature that it was not equipped with. The vehicle is in great shape and I am very happy with it! All in all, this was the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had!!! I Would recommend to everyone.

The financing part was super easy but the delivering of the car was almost as stressful as going through a traditional car dealership. First the car was delayed and because of schedule conflicts we had to delay the date for the arrival of the car for two weeks. On the day of the arrival of the car, it was two hours late after I raced home on a Friday to get home to be on time. The car itself looked great however as soon as I turned it on a red light sensor came on and the next day on the way to the dealership the brakes started vibrating! Uggghh! So I have had this car since Friday night and it's Sunday and I haven't been able to enjoy it because it's at the dealership waiting to be serviced. So I gave a three star (it probably should be a one star) because Brian the guy who delivered the car was honest about why the car was being delivered late and communicated well! His customer service skills were excellent!!!!! He also made such great notes on my account that and I was able to get a rental car while my car is being serviced. I hope that the things that I have concerns about are easy to fix! I really like the car but will return it if I have to. I question the thorough check!
