I'm very disappointed in the service I have received and would not recommend carvana to a friend. It's been half a month and I still have not received my permanent license plates. Customer service has told me to take it to a a dealer. The dealers have told me the phony silver lake warranty won't cover any costs. Never again Carvana.Read More3.0 OUT OF 5

What if there was damage I couldn't see in the pictures? Was the interior going to smell like cigarette smoke? After 2 weeks of researching the company and considerable sole searching I finally pulled the trigger and ordered. I've had the car for two weeks now--I surprised my wife with it as a Christmas gift--and it has been absolutely perfect. This has been the best and easiest car purchase, by far, that I've ever had. They had a great selection of vehicles; even one in the rare color that I wanted. Prices were reasonable. Ordering was easy on the web site. Setting up delivery was a breeze. The driver phoned me ahead of time as arranged and actually delivered early, right to my door step. The car had just been detailed and it took 20 minutes to take delivery (inspection, test drive and sign a few papers). Apart from all the time I spent doubting and hand-wringing, it took about 30 minutes total to buy this car. And, except for the test drive, I never had to leave my property! Carvana followed up on the phone just prior to the end of the 7-day return period to check how things were going and to warn me that the period was ending. I'm keeping this beauty! I was skeptical at first but now I'm totally impressed. Carvana really does work and the staff is committed to make your experience a good one. I wholeheartedly recommend them!Read More5.0 OUT OF 5

- Thomas W.OCT 20, 20172014 BMW 4 SeriesMatthews, NCI bought my "new" BMW 435i Convertible just over a week ago and I love it and the whole Carvana experience. The shopping experience is very well presented and the car was very fairly represented. The only issue that I had was with the Carvana financing. I decided that it would be an overall smoother process to finance through Carvana but that didn't quite work as designed. They have you go through an "out of wallet" identity process where they ask you questions from public records and your credit bureau. The questions were somewhat ambiguous like "What is the term of your current auto loan?"...well, I have two auto loans and didn't know which one they were asking about. In the end, I failed my identity test and had to call and speak with someone and ended up failing that one too. Therefore, I had to get third party financing which was no big deal other than an additional step. Todd (can't remember his last name) from the Charlotte region delivered my car to my door at the promised day and time. It was completely detailed and as beautiful as could be. He spent time with me talking about features, let me test drive it and completed all the required paperwork in just 45 minutes. I figure from start to finish I actually spent about 2 hours on the whole process including my third party financing. Try to do that at a dealer! - Jeannette B.OCT 23, 20172014 BMW 4 SeriesAtlanta, GAI bought a Bmw from carvana three weeks ago. I picked up the car at the Atlanta Georgia center. My representative was Hanish Upon inspection of the car we noticed the car mats were missing. Carvana in Atlanta had taken all four mats out of the since they were dirty and worn. Hanish immediately mentioned that carvana would replace the mats with new ones at no charge and that the easiest way was just to go to a Bmw center to get them. Bmw would deal with Silverrock directly and I would not have to have to pay any out of pocket. I called Global BMW of Atlanta to inquire over the replacement of my car Mats for my car and I was told they recently had someone else who purchased a car from carvana in to replace their car mats and Silverrock would not pay directly to BMW and the carvana customer had to pay out of pocket and wait on reimbursement. That is not what I was told by Carvana. I was told SilverRock would pay BMW Directly. That is money I was not planning to put out! The second disappointment was when Hanish mentioned at list five or more times that I would receiving a gift card of $50 and by the next day I would be receiving an email from carvana confirming the 4 mat purchase would be covered at 100 % with no deductible involved and attached there would be a gift certificate of $50. That email never came. And when I called carvana to inquire about the gift certificate I was told SORRY after speaking with Hanish there is nothing in my records that states a gift certificate and I would not be receiving one. I responded back and no response from my representative Molly Customer Advocate 1930 W Rio Salado Pkwy /// Tempe AZ 85281 It hate dishonesty especially after paying cash on an expensive car. The process is very simple, and lets you browse and make decisions at your own pace with no pressure. Everyone I talked with was very professional and nice. There was a snafu by Carvana with the first car, the deal had to be cancelled, and that was very disappointing. But in the end, I did get a beautiful car that I love. Every point during this transaction was easy : calling customer service with the many questions, using the Carvana website, working with Carvana and my credit union during the loan process, delivery of the car to my home, testing the car during the 7 day trial period and finalizing the purchase.
