When our car was delivered, there were a couple issues but I felt comfortable taking it for the 7 day test period. Within that time I got it to an Audi dealer who found a couple things it needed that were going to cost over $1000. I thought I'd be sending the car back, but Carvana and SilverRock (their warranty provider) were AWESOME. They worked with the Audi dealer directly and covered EVERYTHING, including completely new front brakes! Even the Audi service manager was shocked that SilverRock paid for all of it. I am incredibly impressed with the technology, the people, the value and the customer service at Carvana. Why by a car any other way!?
