I had a number of issues surrounding my purchase on a 2014 Audi Q5. The car was delivered with only one key, and no owner's manual. When I took the car in to get the additional key and rep;air a broken visor clip, my Audi dealership discovered a number of other issues:1) brake rotors and pads needed replacing; 2) windshield washer pump died and needed replacement; 3) a broken oil sensor light that was giving me annoying false warning messages. While these were covered by SilverRock, in the span of 90 minutes I was given three deductible amounts from the Carvana/SilverRock staff: $100, $50 and zero. Needless to say it was a confusing experience.
After discovering these three major repair items, my confidence in Carvana's rigorous 150 point inspection process was shaken. I then decided to purchased the Extended Warranty from SilverRock, but when I inquired about it after fully explaining what I had gone through, I was told that they were unable to offer it to me as it had passed a 7 day post-delivery period. As I still do not have they key or the owner's manual, I believe that my delivery is not yet complete. After all I went through, the least they could do is sell me the extended warranty policy, which of course they make money on.
