The process was extremely simple. We went online and put in the criteria on the car we wanted to purchase. Carvana came back with 11 cars to choose from. We narrowed it down and simply provided all documentation online and bam, then next thing we know is we are at the vending machine picking up our new car. I will NEVER buy another car from anyone else than Carvana.

The Q3 is a great small SUV for anyone who needs more space but doesn't want a really large car. It gets good gas mileage and has enough room for car seats, etc. but still has a sporty feel. The used car from Carvana was a great deal because the car is in almost new condition and the price was better than other used car dealers we looked at.

The entire experience was stress free and easy. Pleasant people at every department. Email system could use a little tweaking, but overall extremely satisfied!
