IT BEAT ALL OFFERS ON PRIVATE WEBSITES. WITHIN IN ONE SECOND I NEW WHAT DIRECTION I WAS HEADING. I IMMEDIATELY STARTED LOOKING FOR MY HARD TO FIND CAR WHICH HAD ALL OPTIONS I DREAMED ABOUT INCLUDING COLOR, YEAR, AND VERY LOW MILEAGE. I AM NOT GREAT WITH TECHNOLOGY BUT IT WAS SO EASY TO DO ALL DOCUMENTS. I DID HAVE A LITTLE DIFFICULTY WITH ONE ITEM I CALLED AND THEY TOOK CARE OF IT IMMEDIATELY. I NOTICED THE NEXT DAY MY CAR HAD OVER 400 VIEWS AND 83 SAVES. I WAS SO HAPPR THAT I WENT ON THE WEBDITE WHEN I DID OR IT WOULD HAVE BEEN LONG GONE. THE CAR SHOWED UP WHEN EXPECTED . THE INDIVIDUAL (CASEY) WHO DELIVERED THE CAR WAS SO HELPFUL AND KIND IT MADE MY CAR BUYNG EXPERIENCE ABOVE ANYTHING IMAGINED. ALSO I HAD ZERO PAPERWORK INCLUDING REGESTRY AND INSURANCE. I AM SO HAPPY THAT I WENT THROUGH CARVANA " WHAT A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE". .

The process was very fast and easy, but there were more scratches than shown online, there is one piece of chrome trim coming off that they could have easily fixed with some glue and taping it back until dry, and the detailing wasn't all that great. I love the new vehicle and am going to just deal with these issues myself though.
