The process of buying the car couldn't have been easier. I would rate the Carvana employees and the overall buying process with 6 stars if I could. Clear website, easy financing, good people. The issue I had was with the car itself, which is heavily weighted in my rating. It wasn't nearly as in good as shape as advertised both mechanically and cosmetically. It requires a substantial amount of work (yes as of writing this I still don't have it due to repairs). However Carvana stepped up and covered everything so far under the Silverrock umbrella. I was charged a deductible for some reason, but otherwise satisfied with the result.
