Purchasing a car has never been easier! Everything you need to know and do is at your finger prints. The process was quick and easy, I was suppose to purchase a car on Feb 3. 2022 but life happened & I had to push that date back. Carvana was able to hold my car, as long as I needed! The agents were all very nice. There were no hidden fees, I paid exactly what the web site told me that I would need to pay. I highly recommend!

The process and experience was fun and seamless. The 7 day return policy gives peace of mind. Only issues I found were, can only sign up with their extended warranty at time of purchase, not during 7 day return window. Also, just received text stating may be delay in registration due to Covid. Aren't we in an endemic now?

I recently purchased an 2016 Audi A3. Finding this Vehicle with the options it had wasn't easy at first, but it was nice for Carvana to include their Partner Inventory List on their Search Engine. The process was simple and straight forward. Do want to let people know once you confirmed your vehicle and starting the deliver process, you will have to attend a video notary to finalize your paperwork before delivery. I want to give a huge shout out to Jason. He was my delivery person. He texted me and let me know when he was on his way and took his time to see if I had any questions when he delivered my vehicle. He actually delivered it 30 mins ahead of schedule which was amazing! Car came mechanically fine. All I had to do extra with my purchase is to do is adjust the headlight bulb direction once I took it to my mechanic for an extensive inspection of my own. Just now waiting on Tags for the car. Will definitely use Carvana in the future. Just wished their Partner Inventory was a little easier to get too on the mobile version.
