Used 2015 Acura CT 200h

I bought my 2015 Acura MDX, one week ago and they delivery a car to me when I receive only one set of keys. I call back , they told me only had one cause that how they get a car from auction. They told me if I want another set have to go to local dearler to purchase and the cost on me... I don't think that was right with the a car only three years old..Also the floor mat is rip too..!

Recently purchase a 2015 Acura ILX Black. Beautiful car, many features, and very functional. There was an extensive selection of vehicles, in many colors. My vehicle has very low mileage. Backed by Car Fax. The buying process was easy and convent. However the delivery of my vehicle was delayed by 4 days. A pro is that they informed me that they would be sending me a $100 check for the inconvenience. In summation satisfied due to financing and vehicle availability.

I purchased a 2015 Acura TLX from Carvana just about a week ago. I literally could not be happier with the vehicle and the customer service from Carvana. But let me tell you...the car buying experience was futuristic!! Easy to understand, simplistic and like nothing I've ever experienced before. How can something so advanced be so simple. I put off purchasing a car because it's always so difficult. With Carvana, a caveman CAN actually do this. From here on, I'm a loyal Carvana buyer!!

Everything about my experience with Carvana was superb, and I highly recommend it. I test drove a 2015 Acura ILX at a local dealership and loved the car but the pushy sales guy was overwhelming. The next morning I found the same car on Carvana, several thousand dollars cheaper, with fewer miles! I ordered it that morning. I called Carvana to ask questions about my financing and the rep was helpful and polite. My Acura was delivered five days later to my doorstep. My delivery driver, Luke, was very nice, not pushy at all, and made sure I had all the info I needed. The car was delivered with an additional chip on the bumper that wasn't advertised on the site, so Carvana cut a $250 check for me to get it fixed. Luke followed up with me on the 7th day to see how my 'test drive' went, and I was happy to tell him I loved the car and wanted to keep it.

Wow! Great service! I was a little sceptical after reading reviews posted elsewhere online. But it worked exactly as described on the website. I took my time browsing the website and found a vehicle I wanted after a two day search- much easier than going to a car dealership. I reserved and waited the 3 days until it was available, filled out the finance online and was approved almost immediately. The car (Acura RDX 2015) was delivered as promised and even arrived 15 minutes early! Service was great- they took their time showing me the features, signed the papers in the car and that was it! I LOVED it! Would do it again and recommend it to anyone.

I brought a 2015 TLX Acura I still in awe of how simple it was. At one time I thought I had been con out of my personal infer but when I got the call they were bring my car I had order I was trickle like a child in a candy store. I was satisfied would do it again and would recommend this to family and friends

Purchased 2015 RDX, came on time and as described. Other than nick in windshield which was repaired later, no other issues. On time delivery. Easy financing. This is the way to go.

I bought my 2015 Acura tlx just recently.. I love the car. What really stands out for me is the customer care from carvana. Even before my purchase was final from start to finish their people went above and beyond to help the customer in any way they can. Even the guys who delivered the car to my house were courteous and they were on time.

Overall I'm happy with my purchase. Everyone I've spoke to has been very kind and helpful. The girl who delivered the car was great. It was so nice to not have to deal with a dealership, but on the flip side at the dealership you do get to see the car first. I was kind of disappointed the car came with 2 different brands of tires, and only one key fob. I do think the detailing of the car could have been a little better but overall was a good experience. I love my new 2015 acura ILX.
