Used Acura TSX with Manual

I absolutely LOVE Carvana! This was by far the easiest and most hassle free way to buy a car. Fast and easy. No sitting in a dealership for hours and I wasn't hounded or pressured by sales reps who only cared about their commission. Amazing service and great prices. I bought a car 2 days ago from carvana. Itnwas a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L . When the car was delivered to me on Thursday, first the car was dirty not even clean with some stains on the shifter box. Also, there were more scratches on the car than what they pointed out on the pics on the website. The visor on the driver side was defective, it fell off. There was a big dent on the bottom of the car thst they didn't mention. Also the light at the front had a gap. I bought the car for more than $20000 and thinking of returning it since no one at Carvana wants to take care of the defects.

I bought my car a week ago, & couldn't be happier. It came on the day specified, and it only took about 15 minutes before everything was finished. The delivery driver was very nice and explained everything -no surprises it was just as it was explained online. A great way to buy a car- You will not be disapointed!

I can't begin to explain the feeling, I just know it feels great! This entire experience was one of a kind.The staff are all great and all are well mannered and at your service. Upside: Car price was competitive, vehicle was delivered quickly and was pretty much as advertised. Downsides: Some customer service people were clearly inexperienced and caused extra confusion during the process; Car interior smells like cigarette smoke and I am still having trouble getting rid of it after 3 weeks.

We purchased our 2013 Acura TSX last week. The entire process was phenomenal! Carvana's customer service is second to none in the automotive industry! And the truck pulling up to the house got all our neighbors to come and see!

I've had my car for a week now and im in love! Carvana is such a cool new way to buy a car! Not going to lie, the whole thought of making such a huge disision and purchasing a car online can be a little discouraging at times, but I promise you, it was the best! The customer service and support that I was given during my entire process was just so amazing and so appreciated! How neat is it to be able to purchase a car with a click of a button over the internet! The word of technology is a crazy thing! I don't think I'll be needing another car soon, but when I do Carvana will definitely be my first stop!

After reading many of these reviews and scouring the web researching Carvana, I'm glad to know that it wasn't too good to be true. I love my new Acura and the entire purchasing experience couldn't have been more positive. Everyone I spoke to during the process was friendly but in no way pushy, and capable of handling any question I had. My only tiny disappointment was that after driving in from out of town to pick up the car, the fuel tank of the new car was near empty and I didn't receive a gas gift card that so many previous reviewers were excited to get. However, this was never promised by Carvana and doesn't take away from my overall experience, which was really great. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking to shop for a car.

From beginning to end, I simply can't thoroughly explain my satisfaction with Carvana and the entire car buying process. I had never heard of carvana as it was recommended by my loan officer. I was treated with respect, dignity, courteousy, and with extreme care. When I picked up my car, I was greeted with smiles and an unexpected gift bag of goodies. I can't recommend carvana enough. I'll never buy from another dealer again.
