Used 2015 Acura TL

Carvana's "About Us" section reads "The process begins well before you land on our site with our rigorous inspection and reconditioning process...". Keep that in mind as you continue reading. My first purchase with Carvana in December 2015 was excellent. The car I purchased was delivered exactly as it was listed on their site. Imperfections listed accurately. I knew what I was buying and was okay with it. Upon delivery, it had the new car smell and glossy body shine. Best money saving car buying experience ever. Fast forward to June 2017 and I'm back on their site looking for another car due to the previous one being totaled in an accident. I felt confident returning to Carvana for this purchase. I reserved my car online and eagerly waited for the "viewing" notice to be sent when it was ready. Once the notice came in my email box, I made sure to review the listing and photos thoroughly. I went to two local dealers to price compare and see what was available around the same price mark. Of course, the dealers were more $$$ but the condition of the cars were excellent as was the low mileage. There is a certain pride when it is an Acura. I decided to go through the purchase with Carvana. On day of delivery, I waited outside and could not wait to take it for a test drive. As I looked it over I noticed imperfections not listed on the site. When I opened the driver door, an odor wafted passed me. As I looked inside, I immediately noticed extreme wear/tear/fading on steering wheel, clutch, dash trim, and interior leather. Ashes and grime in between the leather seats in the back. I drove it and the car read all tires had uneven air pressure. Two different tire brands too. My high spirits deflated. I was confused and at a loss for words at that moment. I went through the motions of signing for the car and the very kind Carvana employee looked at me and said, "I will have a local auto detailer contact you to schedule a detail for you, on us." I think I felt a bit better knowing that it just wasn't me that realized the car was delivered the worst for wear. I spent the next 45 minutes looking over the car thoroughly and taking pictures of glaring grit, grime, dirt, dust, rust, fading, scratches, and lack luster condition of the car. All things that were not shown in the photos, or on the listing, via the Carvana site. What looked to be in mint condition online was not what was delivered. I called Customer Service and kindly expressed my disappointment. I emailed "repairs" and they offered to refund me $300 for the pictures I sent them. I just paid $23k for a 2014 Acura TL w/ Tech shown to be, and advertised, as "reconditioned" to showroom standard and $300 is fair?!! I just paid $250 for a second key alone! The clock is running out on my 7-day return decision and no response from repairs about my question regarding how the heck did this car pass their high inspection process and why was it delivered to me in this filthy worn condition. It's been a hassle getting the car detailed asap so I have to request an exception on my 7-day return policy. The biggest stinker, if I return this car, I have to the go through the process of undoing the financing with my financial institution and be left without a car for God knows how much longer! Carvana failed me this time. They sold me a "worn out stinker" and put me through the wringer mentally and emotionally. This is not how car buying should be. Carvana's saving grace- their employees are beyond courteous and eager to help as best they can.

I just bought an Acura from Carvana, and I must say that it was by far the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever encountered. I was a huge sceptic at first because the process just seemed too good to be true. However, now I am a forever customer! Each person I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. The young lady who brought the car to my house was simply the sweetest person. The financing was super easy and the rate was better than what my personal bank could offer. Again, if you need a new car, and don't have time nor the desire to deal with nagging sales people, then this is the company for you!

I recently purchased a 2013 Acura TL with Carvana the process online was easy & fast. When I went to pick up my car that process was also simple and fast he showed me the car inside and went over the outside with me I was in and out in about 30 mins unlike going to a dealership. I would recommend Carvana to family & friends!!!

Today is day 7. The Acura is a keeper! For 5 years I sold cars at Carmax. Carvana is far easier, cheaper, comparable-to-better quality and quicker. I got more for my trade too! My car was $2000 less than Carmax and $4000 less than a CPO Acura.

The experience from the beginning to the end was just awesome. The professionalism of everyone (Roe, Chris, Abby, Erin, Chris, Jamacia and Cordarius) I spoke to was amazing . I thought customer service was dead until Carvana. It just shows how dedicated these people are to Carvana. I've already recommended people I know that are interested in purchasing a car to try Carvana and told them they won't be sorry. Thank you car showing a new way to purchase a card.

I am so pleased with every facet of this purchase that I am beside myself. It is like a dream come true. I don't have good credit and I really needed another option. High prices, high mileage vehicles, and high interest rates was all I could qualify for. I found Carvana and took a chance that they were really different. They were. I bought a 2013 Acura TL with 32K miles at a fair price and without a single hitch. I even got fair money for my 186K Chevy Avalanche in trade. Thank you Carvana. I am a customer for life and I have told everyone I know. 2 of my friends are already considering you.

My car was delivered the day after Christmas and what a wonderful gift it was. The process was so easy it was almost scary. I conducted extensive research on Carvana and found only glowing reviews; so I decided to try it. Needless to say they excelled in every aspect of the process. The online process was followed up by telephone calls to make sure I understood everything and see if I had any questions. The gentleman who delivered my car was patient and professional. I will sing the praises of Carvana to anyone I encounter who is in the market for a car.
