I just purchased a car from Carvana and it was by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had! Everyone was professional and pleasant and the process took only a matter of minutes! The best part was that I didn't have to talk to a sales manager!

I seldom purchase anything online. Let alone A vehicle. After browsing the website for A few days just randomly looking at cars I found A vehicle I really liked. I had no intention of buying A car online, However The Carvana process was fantastic! Once I choose the vehicle I wanted, I had financing and all paperwork needed for delivery of my car in less than an hour! I chose not have the car delivered, because how often will you have the chance to buy A car from A vending machine ?? from state to finish the customer service was "white glove" . This clearly is the future of car buying.

The was the best car buying experience, quality for the price and I am including the convenience of internet shopping and no haggle pricing.

I am very happy with my purchase from Carvana, the process is fast and easy and to see your car drive up to your door on a flatbed is exciting and satisfying, they are extremely detailed with the product and you know exactly what to expect. I thought I would be disappointed because I didn't get to see it like at a dealership but it was exactly what I expected. Not having to deal with a salesperson is a fantastic perk. The guy that delivered it (Ed) was very friendly and made the transition very pleasant.

I was a bit concerned buying a car online without swinging or test driving it, but I will do it again in a heartbeat! Fast, easy, no pressure and the car is perfect. Was delivered to my house and took me 5 minutes to sign the papers that were left. I took the 2014 Acura RLX to the dealer today since I'm with in my 7 day trial and was told the car is like brand new, minus the tires which I had to replace but I would expect after 29k that would be an issue. I am so happy with the dealership and the car I will tell everyone to go to Carvana!

The 2016 Acura RLX Sport Hybrid was delivered last Tuesday exactly as scheduled. It has been more than I expected. Love the car!

I bought a 3 year old Acura RLX coming off a lease with 35,000 miles. The car was perfect like almost right out of the showroom. It had only one key fob and Carvana Supplied another. Very Happy. I will say that there were some problems with the documents. We kept supplying the requested information and it kept getting lost or not in my file. I would suggest that Carvana make it very clear that all document requests be uploaded to the appropriate Verify account and not emailed to associates. Somehow there is no one checking emails for documents and then uploading them.

Process was super simple and how cool is it to have your new vehicle delivered , and your old vehicle picked up at your home. I was nervous and had lots of questions but the Carvana team had it all under control.
