I was looking to buy a new Toyota Rav4 hybrid, but the wait for a new car was going to be considerable. Carvana has a wide selection of cars and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for -- it was a used Rav4 hybrid Limited. I wish used car prices weren't so high, but getting the car in a matter of days was a bonus. Carvana is very transparent about any defects, which I appreciate. In my case, they were minor blemishes only. Although I live just a few miles from the headquarters in Tempe, I had the car delivered to my door, which was very convenient. The delivery guy was prompt and courteous and reassured me that if there was anything I was not satisfied with, Carvana would make it right. Having the 7-day trial period was also great piece of mind.
