I was nervous about buying a car online, but am thrilled with the experience of purchasing my Toyota Avalon last week. Their honesty and transparency is unrivaled. Also, Carvana's selection was far superior to any dealership I visited. However, I do recommend visiting a dealership to decide upon and test drive the car you want. Then hop on Carvana's website and enjoy!!! The no-haggle fixed prices are significantly cheaper than dealerships end-price after fees, etc. It was also thrilling to have my new car unloaded from a truck in front of my house! I love that you get to drive it for 7 days to be sure you are happy with it. My mechanic told me the car was in excellent condition and had just gone through a complete service, has almost new brakes and tires, and was an excellent investment. And I am delighted that Carvana gives buyers a 100 day warranty just in case something was missed that needs repair. Their website and 3D photos are fabulous, as is the customer service (though the wait to speak with someone can be very long now with COVID). Lastly, I'm not sure if this is everyone's experience, but I had a problem with my favorite cars being bought the same day photos were released; thus, I took advantage of their option of placing a refundable $100 deposit on a car that had not been fully photographed or inspected yet. This gave me exclusive rights to view it and purchase it before the photos were made public. This worked great! I could not be happier with Carvana.
