First off Carvana had really great customer service. They helped with exposing the process and helping me solve any issue I had during the whole purchase process. There was two delays during the process but finally got the car. The "expert" they say delivers the car was anything but an expert or professional. He had no knowledge of the vehicle, didn't know any of the features, put to much air in the tires before delivery, but he did fill up the car before delivery. The car didn't have the features Carvana advertised. The car car needed a oil change after delivery. You would think that their mechanics would have checked that the car had one before being delivered as well as making sure the tire pressure was correct. (Even tho the car was at a dealer, they didn't do anything to check fluid levels, or tire pressure was correct or to make sure no icons were on the car when delivered) (tired pressure light was on when delivered, the "expert" didn't know why) he didn't check for any of the I'd's or paper work needed when the car was delivered so I liked that. I could have been anybody and sign for the car. Only saving grace this experience had was the car looked brand new like it was first put through a car wash, and caravans customer service people.
