I am working at a big car dealership ship, but this is first time purchased a car online without meeting anybody. Everything was smooth and great, except the Carvana needs my auto policy covered the new car before i even test drive the car. Based on the California DMV law, people have 30 days gracing period if they have full coverage insurance, plus i picked up the car on Sunday morning. I couldn't let me agent add this new car in and email me the new policy card, but ended it up i purchased online but what happen to those people not familiar to smartphone or online things?
Steven was very nice and friendly, he helped me finish the pick up process. But his supervisor in the phone was telling me i can not pick up the car and even test drive the car if ai dont have the insurance covers the new car. My current insurance covers a Ferrari and multiple cars with highest liability and lowest deductible, she told me i cant even test drive it.
I would absolutely give 1 star, but just because I am working in automobile industry and know this feedback might effect the delivery guy, Steven.
