This was my first Carvana purchase. Overall the experience was a good one. The car was a birthday gift for my wife.. I purchased the car well in advance so I could get delivery scheduled for the big day. Unfortunately the day before delivery, Carvana said they could not meet the ship date they previously committed too. I talked to a representative and explained how extensive planning was done to pull off the surprise including a trade-in. I did not get a great response or much support, no real ideas on how to solve the problem. I was very angry but decided to call back. The second representative I talked to was much more helpful and committed to working with the logistics team to move up the delivery. She was successful and I am very grateful for what she accomplished (wish I could recall her name). Good news didn't stop there. The delivery process exceeded expectations and it was due to the incredible job done by Carmillia Williams, who goes by Milli! She was an excellent communicator and started providing updates on status of the delivery early the next morning. She showed up with the car clean, was an very organized, took time to answer my questions and had excellent knowledge of the paperwork signing process. She also called after I left to let me know I had left the headlights on so the cars battery would not run down. As I said she exceeded expectations and I now would not hesitate to buy another car from Carvana!
