After scheduling a pickup in Philadelphia on Feb 8, I bought a train ticket for $54 to travel from RI to Philadelphia. A few days before the 8th, the pickup was delayed to Feb 11. I had to purchase another ticket for $75. I boarded the train on Feb 11 only to travel half way to Philadelphia when I received a text that the pickup was delayed a second time, until Feb 18. I had to disembark in Stamford, Ct and buy a return ticket for $63. I did not buy a ticket for the Feb 18 pickup, which was a good idea, because the pickup was delayed once more until Feb 24. On that day, I bought for 4th ticket to Philly for $129, and finally arrived in PA for my pickup. Discounting the original $54 ticket, Carvana's repeated delays cost me an additional $267. I am asking that Carvana reimburses me for these expenses that were not part of my original pickup plans. Once I am reimbursed, I can give a better review of this process.
