Used 2009 cars for sale in Atlanta, GA

Bought my 2015 Nissan Leaf 10 days ago. Overall, it was a very good buying experience. There were some process differences between what the website stated and what customer service stated when I spoke with them. Nothing too bad, but it caused me to make some extra calls to customer service. Customer service was always great --very helpful, good attitude, and always cheerful. If you stay in close contact with customer service during the purchase process, everything will go pretty smoothly. One thing to note... the customer service team should not encourage people to go see the vending machine in Atlanta. It doesn't exist yet. :-) No worries, though...the delivery facility is clean and it worked out just fine. Regarding the delivery, two things: First, they had the wrong vehicle waiting for me. It looked exactly like the model I purchased, but I noticed that the VIN did not match my paperwork...oops! Second, when they brought my car around, it was not fully charged (electric car). Fortunately, it was Sunday and Atlanta traffic was fairly light, so I was able to get home on a 44% charge. All in all, it was a positive experience. The car is great; the price was very fair; and there weren't any hidden fees and last-minute surprises.

What a very smooth process. Paige and Jessica In the Phoenix home office were so professional, patient and knowledgeable. And last but not least a young lady named Jamaica at the Atlanta local store was a pleasure to deal with as well. Highly recommend buying a car through Carvana. I'm so pleased with my 2014 BMW 535ix and the extended warranty I purchased in addition.

I went online just to see what the hype was all about. My buddy had just purchased a vehicle and emphasized how he did it while on a car ride to Miami. I was in the market but not in a hurry. Carvana had a wide selection of vehicles and when I saw my truck I immediately began the purchase process. I had been looking for this specific edition for over a year and there it was. The purchase literally took 20 minutes and 48 hours later she was parked in my garage. Best purchasing experience ever. Thanks John at Carvana Atlanta and all the support team.

I must have visited over 15 dealerships and test drove over 20 vehicles. Then I found my 2014 Ford Fiesta ST on Carvana.com. I had never thought of purchasing a vehicle online, site unseen so I decided to call and talk to a salesperson. I am so glad I did. Each of every person I had contact with during this process was very well trained. The fear of purchasing online a vehicle was completed erased by the transparency and process. I asked for a Car fax and they emailed me one without delay. If I had a question they could not answer right away, they called me back with the answer as soon as they had the answer. I lived just outside the 100 miles,so I drove and had my car delivered to me at predetermined point. The day before I was going to take delivery, a salesman from a Ford dealer called and tried to offer me a better deal. I emailed him a copy of the purchase agreement. He called me back and told me they looked at the car I was buying on Carvana.com and confirmed that he could NOT beat the deal I got from Carvana. The delivery was excellent and saved me a long drive to Atlanta (very cool service). They even threw in a goody bag with a t shirt, mints (which I have run out of ;o( and a cup! The seven day test and if you do not like it drive sealed the deal. I love my new ride. I work at a fire department and have recommended Carvana to all the firefighters I work with.

My entire car buying process with Carvana has been great. I enjoyed everything from the very beginning to me driving off in my new vehicle. I elected to pick up at the local place here in Atlanta. Everyone that I've spoken with has been eager to help and answered any question I had. Thank you Carvana! I never intended on going to a dealership again.

As a first time car buyer, I was very nervous about buying a car. However, my shopping experience was quicker and easier than I could ever have expected. Once I picked my car, the verification and pickup process was a breeze. The attendant at the Atlanta pickup location was attentive to my needs and went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. During my 7 Day Test Drive, I had the car checked out at my local dealership. Some very minor issues were found but Carvana was quick about making sure that they were taken care of at no cost to me. I am extremely happy with my new car and will definitely be a returning customer in the future.

I was very disappointed in the overall experience. I had to do the purchase process online 3 times because of technology issues which pushed back my delivery date. Once my delivery date finally arrived they called and said they would not be able to deliver my vehicle because they couldn't print the temporary tag and said all times were booked so I would have to drive to Atlanta to pick up the car. The process once I arrived was very smooth I would say though. Another disappointment came after I had the car about a week and then brake pads were already worn. I called carvana and they said they checked them and they were ok so I would just have to take it In somewhere and get it fixed. I was very let down by the whole experience.

My overall experience was good! There were a few hiccups along the way, but they were fixed. Initially, I bought a car that had already been sold... There was a glitch in the web page. But they gave me a rental until I decided on another car. I picked my car up, I didn't have it delivered. The office in Atlanta is very clean and friendly!

This was a very easy buying process with Carvana. I have been following them for a few years (since they started) but finally had the opportunity to do business with them. I will break it down with PROs and CONs: PROs: 1. Easiest Contract signing for Loan Documents. All of them are online, and you can print them out and carefully read them and take as long as you want to go over all the documents. If you've ever bought a car from a traditional dealership, then you may have got the feeling of being rushed in the Finance office while signing papers, with them staring at you to finish signing. Since I had already reviewed the documents at home, I waited to e-sign them when I picked up my car, and it took 2-3 minutes. 2. I chose to drive to the Altanta location to pick up my car. When I arrived, it was detailed well, inside and out. My particular vehicle looked as good, if not better than the pictures from the website. 3. No pushy salespeople. The advocates at the Carvana office did not seem sales trained were very courteous. 4. With test drive and all, I was done within an hour and driving home in my new-to-me car. 5. No prepayment penalties when using Carvana's financing, as I did. This is/was important to me, since Ally, my previous lendor, would not allow paying down the balance. CONs: 1. Arbitration agreement is a little weird. Never had to sign anything like that when buying a car before. You can opt out, but you have to do it in writing after you have signed the contracts. Why not let the customer not sign it in the first place? Since there is an opt out option, I still leave this review at 5 stars for initial buying experience. 2. The first car I picked out was delayed in arrival to Carvana in Atlanta, due to the shipping carrier having a breakdown. It was more of an inconvenience than anything, since I was originally planning on going on a Saturday for pickup, but it was delayed to the following Thursday, in which I had to take a day off work for. I ended up switching to a different vehicle, and the pick up time was still on Thursday. 3. There is some weird paint spray underneath the vehicle, and its not the same color as the vehicle, which I didn't notice until I got home. Not sure why this paint spray is there, since it was a beige-ish color and nowhere near the car's color. Not annoying enough to my to return the vehicle, and it's only underneath (which is odd, nonetheless). 4. The tires were inflated to 49 PSI. All four of them. The max PSI rating was 44 PSI, and the recommended rating was 32 PSI. I am unsure why they over-inflated the tires, but this is something that could have potentially been dangerous. Again, I caught it quickly so no harm, no foul at this point. That 49 PSI was at a dangerous level from what I've read. I could have easily had a blowout if I hit a bump the wrong way. Just think of it like an over-inflated balloon, which is easier to pop.

Picked up my 2014 Ford Taurus SEL from Carvana Atlanta on 3/1/17 and couldn't be happier with the car and the buying experience. When I arrived my car was detailed and waiting in the bay with a gift bag. Every staff member I encountered over the phone and in person was nice and courteous. Of course it was bought and signed for online so at pickup all I had to do was test drive, sign for the registration and tag and take the car home. Took about 30mins. Now the cool part is when I get close to home I stop to refuel and there's a prepaid visa in the car. My first but was a breeze. I left feeling like I won at every angle.
