Used Cars with Sun Roof

I bought a 2014 Chevy Malibu a few weeks ago and overall had a good experience The customer service was pretty nice. I called a few times and they were able to answer almost all my questions. The only one they couldn't answer is when the first car I had reserved would be avaiable for preview. They gave me an estimate but it kept getting pushed back. I was able to unreserve the car and purchase a very similar one. I had the car delivered and it was eveything I expected. The experience was exciting and fun. The only negatives I have to comment on is that I feel the detailing of the car could have been done more carefully. There were alot of leaves still stuck in the sides of the doors as well as in the sun/moon roof. No big deal, I just pulled them out. The floor mats were missing and no paper or anything was put down. I am slightly disappointed in that as now I have to look for some mats that will fit my car and hope nothing terrible gets on the floors beforehand. For some reason there wasn't a spare tire either. Oh, and the mileage was almost a couple hundred more than what was stated on the website. But as I said I am pretty happy with my purchase and I hope to make another one in the future.

I don't even know where to begin... I cannot say enough good things about Carvana! This is going to be a very honest review about my experience. We'll start by saying I have awful credit. About a year ago my transmission on my 2010 Nissan Rouge broke and it was more to fix it than the car was worth, and I was already upside down on it to begin with. I called the bank and told them I am not paying for the car anymore and to come and take it away. I honestly didn't think getting financed again down the road would be as difficult as it was, but now I had a repossession on my record. I knew I wanted a Toyota Camry (preferable red with a sunroof, but given my situation I couldn't be picky.) I went to CarMax... they wanted $6,000 down (which is ridiculous. Who can afford that?) and a 27% interest rate....I went to two major dealerships... denied. I went to a Used Car Lot, which I refer to as Chicken Coops.... denied. I was emotionally defeated and about to give up. And then I found Carvana. I created an account...approved in seconds. I honestly didn't believe it because I've been shot down so many times, so I called the 800 # and the "Customer Advocate" was extremely friendly and bubbly to announce my pre-approval. I was ecstatic. Not only was I approved for one car... I was approved for anything on their website. Amazing! I knew my interest would be high, but it wasn't nearly as high as CarMax. After shopping for a couple days I found my dream car: a 2013 Toyota Camry SE RED, WITH A SUN ROOF, 25k original miles for $15k. Carvana wanted $2, 500 down as a down payment, which is completely acceptable. It looked amazing online, but so does anything you buy online... I ordered the car, picked it up yesterday at the Vending Machine in Atlanta (because I wanted the full experience) and the car is even better than I had imagined. I was in and out in 10 minutes. This has been an amazing experience and I will recommended Carvana to anyone and their dog! I am writing this review so people who may have found a stumbling block in their life like I did, Carvana looks past that and helps you out. No pressure, no gimmicks, all with a 100 day bumped-to-bumper warranty on the car. I even got a goody bag, a $25 VISA gift card and a full tank of gas! Talk about customer service! Thank you to everyone at Carvana who made this car buy experience incredible!!!

Carvana has made the car buying experience incredibly easy. It's without a doubt the way car buying should be. I found the car I wanted and within 5 minutes it was purchased. A few days later, they deliver it to my house. Everyone I spoke with from caravana was very friendly and professional. I felt like they were all ready to go out of their way to help make me satisfied. And I am confident I got a great deal. And if my opinion isn't enough, the local BMW dealer (I got a BMW from carvana) agreed after conducting and inspection of the car. So why 3 stars? The car arrived with obvious, undisclosed flaws. The trunk did not close. The sun roof seal was broken (to the extent water would come in when washed). And the cigarette lighter (outlet) didn't work. How carvana missed these during their inspections baffles me as they are rather obvious. And carvana was not helpful in getting them fixed. My only real option was to figure it out myself or use return the car to carvana under the 7 day return policy. Luckily the car was under warranty so I could get it repaired for free.
