I researched Carvana as a source for my wife's new car and, overall, I was pleased at the transparency and ease with which I was able to conduct this business. However, the car was "driven" to my home vs. transported on a hauler. They did call and ask first, but a buyer should not be put in that position the day of delivery. The car cleanliness was less than expected. Every piece of glass in the car was smeared and/or dirty. Frankly, this was very disappointing. Additionally, the Carvana representative did not believe they were to accompany us on a test drive, though that is clearly stated in Carvana information.
One issue I discovered upon delivery is that though the car had navigation as noted in all the online material, what wasn't made clear was that it was only navigation through OnStar's turn-by-turn service. This service is much less than that offered by a standalone gps navigation system and we will have to determine if we stick with this. So far the experience has not what we'd hope for in that department.
In the end, though, this has been a painless experience and I would and probably will do it again when I replace my car.
