Great Customer Service! I had a issue with shipping and the advocates worked with me around the clock to ensure my car was delivered!

Seemed risky at first but worth the experience.... 

I bought my car with Carvana a couple weeks ago, and I am never again buying a car in any other way!! It was a great experience! Great customer service. Very attentive staff. The car was ready the day they promised it would be.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone I spoke to was super nice. The man who delivered the car was so professional and kind. It was a great feeling to get my car and see all the goodies I got with it. If anyone needs to buy a car this is the place to get it from. Besides everyone being so great, the car price and the car itself is the best. I got a great price and the car really looks brand new. Everyone asks me if it is new. I definitely will be giving out a ton of referrals. This was the best experience by far ever buying a car. The best deal. I didn't get taken advantage of which has happened just about everywhere I have ever bought a car.

At first, no response at pick up point but eventually people arrived. Car has "service now" light on but no one can confirm service. Missimg keys, bad vibrations and disturbing braking...this could be a 7 day returner :-(

Car buying experience was amazing. I was suspicious at first, particularly around not being able to see the car before buying. They solve that by delivering to your home or vending machine location. When compared with CarMax who sometime charge to have a car transferred to a more convenient location, there was no charge to deliver it even though I could walk away at any moment. My account was not debited any money until after the test drive and I agreed to drive it off the lot. It's not five stars because the website is "fancy" but doesn't list all of the cars features. Tried to contact people through email and web chat but was never contacted back. This almost made me walk away but I decided to stick through with it and had a great car buying experience. especially since I went to an actual car dealer and hated that experience.

The whole process was so easy and quick! They have great cars for really good prices. I would most definitely buy from them agian

I took the leap of faith and purchased a car online. The whole process from submitting application to approval was quick, efficient, and non-pushy. The car was delivered on time and looked good. We felt guilty once we sat in our new car, guilty about the amazing steal of a deal at Carvana! Really, the entire process was amazing, the car is amazing, almost new, in superior shape and the price was unbelievable. The service from the first click to the final drive away was superior.
