Almost as a lark, we looked at buying a car on line. We ended up with Carvana as they had the vehicle we wanted with the mileage we wanted at the price we wanted. Their descriptions are detailed and accurate. What we bought was what was delivered. The process was fabulously simple, no fuss, no games, no hassles. Had we chosen to finance with Carvana, the loan was approved within 24 hours and they offered a rate more than comparable with our credit union. We totally recommend Carvana for smart, focused buyers.

My co-worker told me that his friend bought a car from Carvana and the car process was easy and plus they delivered it to her. He gave me the website and it was so user friendly it was like being in a Mega Car Store and no one was hounding me. I did get a call a few days later from Yonas who was so helpful. On the phone he helped me compare a few of my selections and we found the perfect choice. My 2012 Toyota Venza with extremely low miles on 33,000. The financing was so easy. The paper work was all digital and clear. I also have peace of mind with a 4 year warranty that was very low cost. When my car was delivered it was buy a super nice guy with my paperwork. The car was everything I thought it would be after seeing it online with the 360 degree virtual pictures inside and out. I highly recommend this car buying experience.

We've had our vehicle for a couple of weeks now so I will try to be as comprehensive as possible. Buying experience was very easy and all the customer service reps we spoke with were quite friendly. Despite a minor glitch that slowed delivery, I was impressed. Things I'd like to see mentioned. The Carvana delivery truck so prominently featured on the website is only used in some deliveries (ours came on a big hauler with a bunch of others). As such, expect to do some cleaning on arrival (this would be true of any delivery service). Vehicle was pretty much as advertised and works well (knock on wood). Also, they don't mention (that I could find) who does the financing for Carvana and it could be different for individual consumers. For us, it was Go Financial. They seem to be well regarded so hopefully they will treat us well. I would certainly consider Carvana again as the experience was unlike the stress one usually gets at car dealers.

The buying process was so simple I thought for sure there was a mistake. It only took me about 20 minutes to purchase the vehicle which was vey competitively priced and well below blue book. The delivery was actually earlier than promised and the driver was very friendly. I was very happy with the full tank of gas and extra gas card they gave me!! A dealership would never do that. Car was very clean except for the tires, but that's understandable since it had been raining al day. Overall an exceptional experience.

The process to buy a car online is very easy and straight forward. The entire process of filling out paperwork and signing documents took a total of 30 minutes. I received a call the next day to confirm some info and to set up a pick up time. The total time on the phone was maybe 15 minutes. Once we got to the Nashville location we signed paperwork, looked over the vehicle and were on our way in about 40 minutes. All in all we spent less than an hour and a half dealing with people, and even in that short amount of time everyone was friendly and helpful. The Carvana process is 10x better than going through a traditional dealer!

I must admit, I was skeptical. Besides, I am not a young 20 year old buying my first car; okay I'm an old 20 year old buying my 4th car but the point is that I don't have bad credit or low-income; I actually have excellent credit and excellent income. I thought Carvana was really geared more toward buyers with bad credit ala DriveTime or CarMax. I was so wrong...Carvana is for everyone! Couldn't have been an easier process; everything works exactly as it is detailed on the website. Not only that but they are extremely flexible and accommodating; my car was ready to be delivered early(umm ya!) so the associate texted me and told me she could drop it off wherever I wanted! 20 minutes later I had my car.

Am over 80 years old and have purchased many cars. Have never had a pleasant experience, until I dealt with Carvana. The process is exceptionally organized and the staff are definitely customer oriented. The product is honestly displayed and in my case, the car looks like new. Not bad for a 2010 model! The buying process took less than 20 minutes and help was there when needed. And it was so nice to have it delivered to my front door.

I bought a beautiful 2010 Toyota Venza from Carvana about two weeks ago and we just love the car and the buying process. I did some research then test drove about six cars and decided to buy a Venza from one of two dealers that were all over me like a cheap suit! They would not give me a final price on the phone, added hidden fees, etc. I was about to go crawling back to one dealer, when I checked online and found my car at Carvana. I really liked the online video and detailed description of the car, which I could study carefully without pressure from a salesman to be sure it was the car I wanted. I called them and they told me the final price, which included no extra fees, and was $1,500 less than the best price I could get from the dealers! I went through the online purchase, they called me to confirm and set up delivery, and my beautiful new car was delivered to my house the next day. It exceeded my expectations and even had new tires and a full tank of gas! Everone at Carvana was very professional, honest, and did more than expected. I definately plan to use them next time I buy a car.
